The apartments are located on the plains of Los Cristianos just a few hundred metres from the sea and the rocky beach, which are located in front of the complex. Los Cristinanos town centre and the beach are just within 15 minutes' walk of the complex. Along the way guests may find many bars and restaurants, including several on site. The bus station is around 1.5 km away and shopping facilities can be found around 1 km from the hotel. Siam Park and Aqua Land is around 3 km away, the Jungle Park is some 5 km away and Teide and Las Cañadas are some 35 km from the property. Built in 1986, the apartments are built around the large heated swimming pool and tropical gardens. Highly recommended by reviewers and past guests, these apartments are close enough to everything without being in the loud part of Tenerife. The apartment hotel has a total of 230 units.
