I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels, but I’ve never felt as good anywhere as I did at Palmeras Beach Hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The guys working at the bars were especially nice and always made you feel welcome.

The food was really tasty and there was a lot of variety, although after a while it did get a bit repetitive. There were also plenty of activities throughout the day, and the animation team was full of energy and always brought a fun vibe.

One thing I really loved was the number of cats around the hotel – you could spot them everywhere, and they made the place cozy.

The only small downside was people reserving sunbeds early in the morning with their towels and then not using them for hours – but to be fair, that’s a common issue in many resorts.

Overall, I had an amazing stay and would definitely love to come back.

Everything is ok. Rooms are nice. Food can be better. Good, but little bit monotonous. Park and beach is nice. Show program is good.

We stayed for one week at Palmeras Hotel, and as a family who has experienced other resorts in Turkey, I can say that this was the best one.
The animators were perfect — Mesut, Neivilly and her sisters, Sofia, Barbie, and everyone else. The activities, their energy, everything was amazing. The Kids Club was great, and the young man who worked at the aqua park was very polite.
The cleanliness of the hotel and the pool was 10/10, the food too.
We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

We don't like it. Our room was on the last floor ,the terrace was like 20 centimetres and we didn't have place to go outside and dry our towels and swimsuits. The food was good sometimes but didn't have a lot of variety for an ultra all inclusive 5 star hotel.. Both of us got sick 2 days in a roll from the cuisine. We couldn't lay on the beach beds around the pool because every day they were occupied with towels from 7 oçlock in the morning. For this big cappacity of the hotel we think that they must put more beach beds around the pool in days like this-when the beach flag is red. The loby bar starts at 10:00 oçlock , if you want to drink coffee at 9:55 they tell you ''NO! You have to wait"' The lady at the loby bar was really rude. Once i went to ask for a chocolate shake because i saw another guess who drinks it. The men at the loby bar told me NO! We don't offer this type of drinks. After an argument another men came and make me the shake. The staff is very lazy, they don't want to threat you properly for the money you gave.The restaurant and the food are not that clean . A lot of times i have to wash myself the glasses and the forks because i could see left food and drinks in them . The staff are always tired and rude most of the times. In the room we had a ''drink bar" with 2 colas ,two waters and two sodas, we had them only the first day-the other 6 days we were refilled only with 2 water bottles. For ultra all inclusive i think that we should eat 24/7-when i compare the hotel to cheaper one that are ultra all inclusive, but you have only  punctual hours for cookies and ice cream. At night at the snack bar there were only burgers and onion ring which were very oily and not tastefull for all the guests. When i compare 5 star ultra all inclusive hotel with this i don't recomend it .It is more expensive and not worthy the price. The lady at the spa center was very annoying following me two days in a roll to pay for a massage. The only good think about this hotel is the location, that it is near the center of Konakli.

Stayed at this hotel for a week, and it was one of the most unforgettable holidays me and my family have ever had. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and all of the hotel amenities were great. Would love to come back here :)

This hotel has the absolute worst service ever. The staff are completely useless and know nothing at all. At the reception we were met by the so-called owner, who called himself Tokah, along with Rashad and some Russian woman who didn’t say a single word. First, they insulted my mother saying she was old and couldn’t walk, so they’d give us a room on the first floor. When we refused, they sent us to the fifth floor — where the elevator doesn’t even reach! They didn’t even bother to apologize, not once. Their exact words were: “When we get a reservation from Booking, if there’s a room we let you in, if not then too bad.” My poor mother was shouting at the top of her lungs in the reception, begging for a proper room, and they just didn’t care at all.
