All of the staff members and services were perfect. We enjoyed being here and we are grateful for everyone making our time the best. Everyone was helpful and kind. The programme organizer always helped us to find the best excursions and he organized our taxi as well. The bartender guy and the waiters are open-minded and they welcomed us with a big smile every time. The dishes suit everyone's taste buds. The cleaner guy arranged our room every day perfectly. We do recommend this hotel to stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — they brought fresh fruit to our room and provided as much water as we needed, which was a really thoughtful detail. The food was tasty and served buffet-style, with plenty of variety, and we really appreciated having snacks available throughout the day as well.

They also offer a free shuttle bus to a nearby beach, which was a great bonus and made it easy to enjoy the sea without worrying about transportation.

The location was also very convenient. There were several supermarkets close by, so we were able to buy souvenirs at very good prices. Taking a taxi to the souk was affordable and straightforward, making it easy to explore the area.

Overall, a comfortable stay with great service, good food, and a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed for 10 nights over new year....we had a blast 🙌 new years eve party was amazing 🥰 we've been to Egypt 5 times now and I will return to this hotel 🏨 the food was great which I've never said before.. yes drinks are shit but its Egypt 🤷‍♀️if you pay at the martini bar they are excellent and good value 👍 the staff are amazing and its a great location! For the money we paid you really can't complain 😏 well done oriental rivoli 👏

A superb hotel from all points of view.

I have come here several times and I would always return here and I say this from my experience with several hotels in Sharm. Here you have very good and clean accommodation, food of an extraordinary and very good variety with buffet and impeccable service. The people here work like ants. I highly recommend it to everyone and I wish you a wonderful vacation

I am writing this review with genuine disappointment. My stay at the Oriental Rivoli Spa was a tale of two extremes, and unfortunately, the negative ending completely overshadowed the positive beginning.

I had fully intended to leave a glowing 5-star review. The evening reception staff were exceptional—polite, efficient, and even arranged for a delicious dinner to be brought to my room when I was too late to go to the restaurant due to my flight landing late. They were a credit to this hotel.

However, the following morning during check-out was an absolute disaster, and it was all due to one individual at the morning reception.

The problems started when I went to check out. I was waiting in the reception area for over 15 minutes while the staff member was struggling to communicate with some Italian clients. It was clearly a situation he was not equipped to handle.

While I was waiting, my guide arrived and politely mentioned that we needed to hurry for our tour. It was at this point that the receptionist began speaking about me in Arabic to my guide. He assumed I wouldn't understand, but I did. He was making derogatory comments and blaming me for the delay, saying I was late, when the holdup was entirely his own fault as he fumbled with the other guests.

To add insult to injury, after finally dealing with the other guests, he then insisted on holding me for an additional 15 minutes to "search my room" before I could leave. I have never, ever been treated with such suspicion and disrespect at a hotel check-out. It was humiliating and made me feel like a criminal or a thief. And now seeing other reviews and noticing a pattern of sporadically searching rooms and being rude to customers, I don't find it as shocking.. They also force you to fill out a satisfactory form before they initiate the room search, to get as many good reviews as possible before tarnishing the whole experience.

This staff member's unprofessionalism, his willingness to lie about a guest in another language, and his blatantly discriminatory treatment ruined my entire impression of the hotel. What should have been a smooth departure turned into a stressful and insulting ordeal.

A hotel is more than its rooms; it's about the respect it shows its guests. I will never return to the Oriental Rivoli Spa and cannot recommend it based on this experience.

Everything you expect from quality 4* hotel. Friendly bartender, quick reception, tasty food, three pools, great hotel layout, inexpensive prices. You can see hotel is italian oriented, by food choices and spoken language. Two sand beaches at Naama Bay, one walkable 5 min Gavi beach, second 5 min driveable by hotel bus near Kalimera Sharm. Almost dead coral, but few fishes still watchable.
