Things To Keep In Mind

We stayed at Oli Hotel and Suites for 5 nights in July 2025 and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The location is good — not far from the sea, although the walk can be a bit tricky, too many cars no pedestrian way. There’s a playground right across the road, which is great if you’re travelling with children.

One suggestion would be to include a continental breakfast in the price. The only downside is that there’s no swimming pool.

Overall, a lovely hotel,Would recommend.

A very nice, clean, modern, and new hotel! I definitely recommend it. It's a  10-minute walk to the sea. There's a grocery store and a playground nearby. We had a room with a garden view (to the  playground). The room had everything you need and air conditioning! Everything is stylish and clean. There is a free laundry and ironing service at -1 floor. The only downside is that check-in is AFTER 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We were checked in at 4:30 PM, and at 10:50 AM the was a call from the reception to remember us that check-out is at 11:00 AM.

I have extended my stay in this hotel twice on the very same trip. At Oli, you basically get a 5-star service at an amazing rate. Nazli was super helpful whenever we needed help. Koray got me a great deal when I decided to extend my stay for a few more days. And Emre shared with me all needed info to ensure that my next stay(s) in Antalya shall always be at Oli. House keeping did a spectacular job in the room every single time; can't thank them enough. As for the hotel itself, it's new, super clean, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants from all directions, and it's a couple of blocks away from the beach. Also the giant AVM Migros Mall is a 10-minute walk. So honestly, you won't find a better deal anywhere else in Antalya!

I will explain my issue with this hotel, which will end up in court in any case, because they refused any solution and are deliberately trying to take my money while treating us in a terrible manner. I had booked through Booking.com, and when we arrived at the hotel they tried to give us a room that was not the one we booked and completely different from the photos they themselves posted on Booking for that specific room. They refused to give us the room we had reserved, claiming it was already taken by others and that no similar rooms were available, and that we simply had to accept it.

Unfortunately, the room was not in good condition. There was clearly a lack of cleanliness, including blood-like stains on the sofa, and the place overall was not clean. The air conditioning was very poor, and the lighting in the room was insufficient. After some discussion, suddenly another room “became available” even though they had told us all other rooms were occupied. This second room also had strange stains, a lack of cleanliness, and the bathroom door could barely open halfway.

We requested a refund of our money — around 450 EUR — and they refused. The way they handled the situation was unacceptable. We even offered to let them charge us for one night, even though we were not going to stay at all and had already decided to leave and book another hotel, but they refused this solution as well. They insisted on taking our money without any justification.

Once again: I will take legal action against you and this will cause you serious problems, because this is almost thuggery and completely inhumane treatment

The value for money is excellent. The rooms are clean and nicely finished. The wardrobes and furniture are of high quality, and the decoration is modern and tasteful. They also provide a laundry room and a space for ironing. For a small fee, you can purchase detergent from them (enough for two washes). The only thing I would have liked to see is a sandwich toaster.
