We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience! A special shout-out to Veronika at the Pergola bar – she’s always smiling, friendly, and provides excellent service. Her positive attitude really adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Veronika!
The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. Room cleaning was done daily and to a high standard – everything felt fresh and tidy. The only downside was a noticeable smell of water in the bathroom, possibly due to the local water system.
The food was delicious – a wide variety of fresh dishes, especially at dinner. Every evening there was something different, and it was always tasty. Evening entertainment was also provided every night, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The only real downside was the number of people – it gets very crowded, and you have to wake up early to reserve a sunbed by the pool. That was a bit inconvenient, but overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Well what a Hotel from start to finish everything was so good. A great reception from staff who helped us take luggage to our room. Everything was lovey and clean and this was done daily.                     A wonderfully large selection of food to suit everyone's taste for every mealtime, cooked to perfection and very well presented. Plenty to do with pool time games or just chillout by one of the quieter areas.Plenty of sunbeds so no fighting required. Whole of the outside areas are very well maintained and lovely to sit and relax with pleasing views. At night all lite with lights to enhance every area. I use a mobility scòoter and found access to everywhere was safe and accessible with smooth surfaces. I broke my glasses while here and the manager went into Rhodes, had them repaired and delivered them to me, such a nice guy. So all in all what a great holiday and if anyone can find a fault they must be very hard to please. I would definitely feel safe visiting here on my own and probably will in the future.
To sum up I found one fault and it was to do with a full English  breakfast of Bacon, Eggs,Beans Sausage and the missing item NO MUSHROOMS.

Rooms: Very clean when we arrived. Suitable and serviceable air conditioning. Beds were comfortable, pillows were a bit too short and thick. Balcony a bit on the small side, and did not have a garden /pool view, we were forced to stare at the staff's accommodation. As this isn't included above I guess I'll mention the pools, they weren't the best, small and a bit cloudy. Not enough deck chairs either. Canteen is okay, and food was edible, nothing special but it is an all inclusive buffet.

Service: Staff were friendly and helpful as expected. Cleaners were lacking. They did the bare minimum of sweeping the floor and replace the towels. Our tea cups were not cleaned after use, the beds were not remade and we weren't refilled with new tea / coffee. The creamer for the coffee was lumpy as well, we had to get milk from the local supermarket. Not happy about the "all inclusive" until 2300. All inclusive shouldn't be time representative. Also they close self use pumps at 1730 and force guests into the bar which is just the foyer.

Location: Satisfactory, we were able to get a bus from the hotel to Old Town. The hotel pushed "Prestige Travel" which would have cost 29€ for the 4 of us. The bus cost 2.50€ for adults and 1.50€ (single not return) which is almost half the price. Plus, your not dependent on specific booked timings. Beaches have no sand, they are fully cobbled. If your looking for a sandy beach lounging place, this is not it. Ideal for paddle boarders though. Water is crystal clear 👌.

Rooms are clean and organized, though storage is limited. The location is good, near the beach and a short drive to the old town. Food quality varies; some nights it’s decent, but most nights, it’s bland. The pork can be tough and dry, while the chicken lacks flavor. Local dishes seem to be frozen or made from unsold food from previous nights. Desserts are mostly just whipped cream, rebranded with different names and flavors, but always feature the same two "cake" types — loosely defined as just flavored cream with a tiny bit of cake, along with various kinds of jelly, baklava, cannoli, and cream flavor varieties reminiscent of what I had in Turkey five years ago. The restaurant staff are generally pleasant and professional, except for a few younger ones I've noticed making inappropriate comments and gestures about guests, like exchanging glances and smirking when a lady walks away after conversing with them. The bar staff are unfriendly, frequently on their phones and visibly irritated when taking drink orders. The blue bar snack point serves pizzas, and the chef is over the top; there are two types of containers at the snack bar—one small brown box and a cardboard piece to fold for the pizza. My partner was unaware that the brown boxes weren't meant for pizza since the other snack bar uses those boxes for everything, and he got irritated with her, clicking his tongue at her to use the other box, clearly expressing his annoyance. Seek other places if you wish to truly savor your holiday

The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and they can't do enough for you. The Restaurant manager Anita makes time to talk to you and makes you feel welcome. There is so much choice with the food and its delicious. We went out for the day and the staff made us a packed lunch to take with us cause we wouldn't be back in time, that was a nice touch. Had a brilliant Holiday and made great memories fully recommend Oceanis Park Hotel!!

Great hotel if you don't want a really big hotel. There were 3 pools plus the swim up rooms. The food choices were extensive and always topped up and the staff could not do enough to help. Entertainment was varied and of good quality. There was a shuttle bus that you could book with a QR code in reception which you booked and paid online for any trips which worked out far less than doing through the tour operator. Would definitely visit again.
