Whilst my friends and I did not stay at the Ocean Blue hotel in Hisoranu, the three of us made full use of spa treatments during our weeks stay (19/09 - 26/09/25).  The staff were friendly, really accommodating at short notice and the facilities were excellent.

Between us we had 9 treatments, which included Turkish bath massages, hot stones massages, medical massages, deep tissue and reflexology. The prices are good value and the treatments were excellent. Really happy with the level of knowledge and expertise of the masseuses who demonstrated care and attention to problem areas caused by existing injuries.

Thank you to all of the spa team who made our visit really special and kept us coming back for further treatments. Particular thanks to masseuse Rose who did my treatments. We will see you again - same time next year.

Great hotel and location if you want to be central to everything.

The hotel staff are amazing and very friendly, will doing anything to help you.

The rooms are nice but some bits a little tired and in need of updating and maintenance especially in the bathrooms.

The pool areas are great and they have a terrace with a hammock and beds for sunbathing. Although the terrace does need some umbrellas to provide shade as it is very hot up there.
Problem is they would need to be fixed down to stop from blowing over.

If this hotel had a great animation team for providing some entertainment around the pool and in the evening I think this hotel would be 5 star 🌟

They do have an evening which they provide a Turkish bbq meal and some entertainment which is £25 and a really good night if you get involved with the entertainment. It was one our favourite nights.

The food at the hotel was lovely and we enjoyed every meal we had here. Reasonable prices too.

Overall it is a good hotel and good value for money.

Rooms and the service especially was fantastic.  I wouldn't rate the room as spectacular compared to other places I have stayed, but it was clean and had all the amenities I expected.  The cleaning staff did a great job and the front desk staff likewise, even arranging a take away breakfast for us when we left prior to breakfast being served.  Nice touch.  The hotel has some nice features, like the pool but in truth I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel (I rarely do when I vacation).  Breakfast was very 'English' oriented... not surprising given the clientele in the area. I would only say that more Turkish offerings would have been nice, but overall what they offered filled the belly ... so it's a moot point.  The location is very near tons of shopping if that is your thing, plus pubs and eating establishments.  Best is the grocery store across the street, allowing one to purchase their own eats.  The hotel was a short taxi or bus ride to the beach.  I think it's walkable, but you might want to look into that more as I'm not positive and it would depend on your level of fitness. But it was near a bus stop so again, moot point.  Overall I would recommend this place. Be warned, for me it was a later in the season visit (autumn) and it was largely an older crowd at the hotel.  Not a big to do of your just looking for a place to hang your hat for the evening, but something to consider if you enjoy a more 'youthful' place.  Again, my timig might have had a lot to do with it and more research might be warranted.  Maybe the mileage in the spring/summer months varies.  That is all I will say on that.  Cheers!

Wonderful hotel, lovely staff and great location in the heart of Hisaronu. Great choice of rooms/apartments...food available in the hotel but we did self catering as so much choice for breakfast, lunch, dinner right on our doorstep. Our apartment was cleaned every day! with fresh towels/bedding would definitely recommend Ocean blue for all ages.

We stayed at Ocean Blue High Class Hotel for 5 days and were overall very satisfied. We came all the way from New York for a relaxing holiday, and this hotel definitely met our expectations. The location is great, everything was clean, and the staff was kind and attentive throughout our stay.

Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily. One day, the air conditioner stopped working, but once we reported it, the technical team came quickly and fixed it—great customer service!

The pool area was clean and spacious, and we had no trouble finding sunbeds. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing; we especially enjoyed walking around the area in the evenings.

The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. It was decent, but having a bit more variety would make it even better. Still, this wasn’t a major issue and didn’t negatively affect our overall experience.

In terms of value for money, this hotel is an excellent choice. Whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family, we’d definitely recommend it. If we visit the area again, we would gladly return.
