the hotel is only in a solid location, it is in the middle of the city, so for those who like to walk around, everything is easy. Breakfast is the same every day and the selection is modest. The room I was placed in has virtually no windows, I will attach pictures later, so you don't know when it is day and when it is night, there is no natural light. There were also bugs in my children's room. The cleaners are kind and try hard. The hotel is mostly visited by old people.

Only good thing is location and kind people working in the hotel.

Room had no fridge in it...

Great location, pretty much next to the old town and less than 10 minutes to the beach front. Contemporary feel to the hotel. Didn't eat there, but had a few drinks, that were cheap for hotel prices.

From the time of arrival to departure the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The choice of breakfast was continental, which was beautiful, or the fried eggs and rashers were equally lovely. The room, while small with a small balcony, was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were given, and sheets were changed every 2nd day. Cleaning staff couldn't do enough for you. Finally the location of the hotel was perfect, exactly 5 minutes from the beach and shopping and eateries are all around you. A very safe,quiet, and lovely hotel to stay for your holiday.

Had an overnight stay.  The hotel is a great location in the old town.  The room was good size but it smelled of stale cigarette smoke.  Being non smokers this was very uncomfortable but it was only 1 night.
The breakfast wasn't great but it was only a few euros more on the cost.  I would stay again but only a couple of nights

We had a great time in Benidorm (2.-9.8) hotel was great , stuff on reception was so gently and professional, stuff in restaurant, too. The food was fantastic, we had 3 meals, and really, so much choises for eating, salads, meats, fishes, vegetables, fruits, cakes, creams, I recommend this hotel because is on fantastic location, too... Thank you so much for great time that we had ❤️ So much regards from Belgrade, Serbia

This hotel is located in Benidorm, within walking distance of points of interest such as Poniente beach and Mal Pas beach. The rooms that make up this hotel, with spacious and bright. All of them have a fully equipped private bathroom and also have different amenities that will make you feel at home: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, TV and telephone among others.
