We paid upfront through love holidays , and arrived and had to pay €150 which was in our budget for spending money ,
There is no balcony but it does look as though there is one from the photos , we couldn't find storage for our clothes , the angle the sitting room photos are taken makes it look much larger and the table and chairs look like garden furniture when you see them close up , also they were right up against the window , as the setee was pulled down to make a bed as we booked a twin bedroom ,they obvisley had no twin bedrooms avalable ,the bed setee reached out to the very small sink , we had to skirt around it , the air conditioning was very loud keeping my son awake at night and the bed settee was as hard as rock , the bedroom was a box room that just had enough room to skirt around and the window was so high up it was unreachable ,
There was nobody to service the room , and the shower blasted out cold water and flooded the place , when we went for help there was nobody around , so we used the towels to dry the floor and found ourselves lucky we brought our own towels , then we found a mop and bucket in a corner that we never seen , the toilet pan is right up against the screen for the shower , we did manage to find the bar on our 2nd day , it looked like it was a small shop , when we went to have a look there was a snack menu ,and thats when we seen the pool table , it stood alone and there was nothing else around it apart from 3 or 4 seats , everything else was closed off .the snack menu didn't make snacks until around 4pm , there was no breakfast avalable , we booked up for B&B , we didn't use the pool due to the guys and gals jumping around and playing drinking games around the pool which was very small for an apartehotel that size , it was up a hill 8 min walk from "THE OLD TOWN BEACH " not the la vente beach as my son was led to beleive , it was another 14 min walk to the la vente beach, we went and sat at la vente beach every day we were there and had a couple of drinks during the happy hours , 2 bottles of beer for €3 ,2 cocktails for €5 and 2pints of the local lager also was cheaper than the place we were staying at , we only used the "NOW" aparthotel for sleeping , as this was the begining of August this in my opinion was the high seasion so why were they only selling snacks , and the place is a discusting colour , the gym was non existent , it was advertised as having one when my son booked it !!!
We were on the tenth floor and there was a bit blocked off by a old rusty kind of gate .
Also before i forget the cups were dirty and chipped i told my son to report it right away but he couldn't find anyone to report it to apart from the girl who worked at the bar and she said to report it to the guys at the check in desk who were never there unless it was check in time ,
We both enjoyed the night time entertainment such as the tribute acts , before we went back to our place of where we only slept ,
Benidorm is one of my favorite destinations and i will not let this put me off.
When booking look at reviews fron last month ect , you will find them hiding in all the reviews from 9 months ago and 7years ago , you have to be like a detective and i'm not kidding

Veronica and Gabriella were fantastic at the bar! They’ve been attentive to all our needs and very quick with all our drinks. They do such a great job at getting the vibe alive at the bar in the hotel. Best hotel bar staff I have experienced.

When arrived was asking for my bank details as a deposit wasn’t to happy about it but done it anyway and when I got home on the Sunday they took £40 out my bank with no explanation so complained through love holidays that did not do a thing took three months to get back to me.And said they can’t give me compensation which is the £40 because I used one of there facilities am
Trying to figure is it the lift I used because I paid for the room just beware theifs

One of our party was bitten by bed bugs! The showers are terrible. The temperature fluctuations is so bad It almost burnt me. The hole bathroom floods when you shower. No blind or curtains above the window near the bed.

Stayed here for a hen do recently. Staff were super friendly, so accommodating! Rooms were large, spacious and clean!
