The hotel for 5* is generally good – the staff is friendly, everything is very clean, and the food is really tasty. However, the rooms are quite small, and the extra bed for a child is just a pull-out armchair, which is not the most comfortable option for a longer stay. Also, the shower cabin is so tight that it's hard to turn around without hitting yourself; larger people might find it very difficult to shower comfortably. It's a pity because the rest of the hotel leaves a really good impression.

They charged me 50€ just to stay inside the hotel because my flight was earlier…. I explained that I will miss one day which I have already paid but they still instead that I had to pay 50€ and they didn’t even give me a room. Unacceptable behaviour from the stuff and the manager, the worst experience and I didn’t even start my vacations, better 2 start hotel not 5.

We had holidays here 3d time, because hotel is nice and quite, area is green, small and comfy, very safe, great entertainment for everyone from young to old. Staff are very friendly and helpfull, food is delicious and big chose of dishes for every taste. Sea is warm, clean, stone beach, comfy sunbeds. Few bars with great drinks, snacks, mini club, sport games! Evening entertainment is interesting for every age! I am so grateful for all staff Lucida beach for amazing holiday! We will come back soon!

We stayed in the hotel for 8 days, the food was varied and delicious, the accommodation was pleasant, clean, the waiters were smiling and hospitable. I give minus to the staff at the reception, very uncultured and unfriendly, 95% of the capacity are Russian, everyone speaks Russian, I had the feeling that I was in Moscow. I wouldn't go back again.

Firstly, this hotel is a strong 4 star in Turkish standards, wouldn’t rate it at 5 for several reasons.
Forget about sleeping before 11pm since the animation and partying is ridiculously loud! Every single night there is a scheduled performance, don’t get me wrong, they go above and beyond to put on a great show but for someone looking for peace and quiet in the evening, it’s not the place to be. Especially having in mind it is a family hotel with a lot of kids.
Also at 4-5am you are woken by roosters, since the yard is filled with chickens.
Rooms are not in the highest of standards - lacking electric kettle with coffee and tea, and the cleaning must be much more detailed, even though towels and bead sheets are changed daily, dust is very visible on the floors.
For me personally the food is great, a lot of options and everything is tasty. The dining area, tables specifically, must be cleaner. The coasters are not washed and have a funny smell, they just toss off if there is food spilled and put clean cutlery on it. There is not an option to eat outside which for some does come as a negative as well.
The beach, garden and pool area are really well maintained, I loved the amount of natural shade around the pool, a lot of grass and trees, which is really nice.
During the day there is also a lot of loud music and organized activities such as volleyball, waterpolo and darts.
Yes, the internet has to paid if you want it in the room, but it wasn’t a surprise for us, it is stated everywhere that it is not included in the price. Not a positive but, oh well.
All in all had a good time :)
