Wow. This is a stand-out hotel in all of our travels. It truly felt like a 5-star experience. Our room was sparkling clean. Every single employee we interacted with seemed to love their job and was eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would very much suggest getting the breakfast package, because no one wants to run around town to find a breakfast spot when you just want to get to the beach.

The location is excellent. We went to the beach around 10:30 each morning to grab chairs with umbrellas and stayed all day. The views in the hotel are absolutely stunning. All of the hotel services have a gorgeous view of the ocean.

The only critique I would have is the beach bar is a bit expensive for what you get. But, all the baristas were lovely and fun.

We absolutely loved the Nixe Palace Resort! The staff and service was exceptional-shout out to Jorge with the concierge staff. Super helpful and friendly!
The reception staff was always kind and helpful as well.
The location was wonderful right on the beach!
And walking nearby to delicious restaurants was great.
It was also an easy drive to other areas of the island like Soller and Deia.
The hotel restaurants served wonderful meals.
We enjoyed our family room which was lovely and comfortable-perfect for a family with the two rooms.
I decently recommend and would return to the Nixe Palace Resort in Mallorca!
Thank you everyone there for helping make our vacation amazing!

Amazing hotel. Amazing views. Great location. Excellent customer service. We love the Nixe. The people working here are above and beyond the most hospitable team. They are extremely helpful. They take the time to know your name. They listen and go above and beyond to make the stay special.

Lovely hotel. Overall a wonderful stay. I had a couple of niggles on the first day but spoke with a lovely lady at reception the following morning who was sincere and understanding. Pool is busy but not noisy. The majority of the pool staff go above and beyond and are very friendly. Room clean and well equipped. AC works well. Bathroom great. Slept better than in my own home. I would recommend & return.

We are astonished that this hotel has 5 stars. It is located in the middle of a run down town with very little to offer. There wasn’t too much of an atmosphere to the hotel. The staff seemed to show little interest in some of the issues that went on. The rooms were nothing special and seemed like a Premier Inn in size and very expensive. We didn’t believe they were value for money. On the whole, we felt the cleanliness was dealt with round the pool when people were out there. It would seem more sense to have it cleaned the night before. One morning there was vomit around the pool and cigarette butts all over the floor. The noise level was unbearable on a couple of days when a large group descended for a wedding. They crammed the very small pool and were drinking and smoking giving no consideration to others. Management were informed but the bar staff seemed to show little interest. The sun beds around the pool were extremely crammed in which was not acceptable in my view. Smoking was taking place all round the outside spaces of the hotel which I think should be flagged up. The access to the beach was not fully explained before our arrival and was 49 steps down and 49 back. All it mentioned was that access was an issue with no more explanation. The breakfast was very disappointing with warm milk and juices. Some of the staff seemed totally disinterested with the problems and some food was served cold.
We actually left our holiday 4 days early as we were so disappointed.
