The location is excellent, which is the main reason we chose this hotel. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Breakfast options were very limited, especially considering the price. The room next to ours was extremely noisy, with children crying and people shouting, and we could hear everything.

We also had an issue with the toilet, which I reported to the receptionist three times, but no action was taken until the day we checked out. Housekeeping was inconsistent, tissues were not replaced during turn-down service, and we had to request them directly if we saw staff in the hallway.

During my two-week stay, almost every request I made at reception was ignored, and at times the staff’s attitude felt unhelpful. Tourists should not be treated this way. The only redeeming quality was the location, but sadly, the service did not match it.

I was greetly surprises by the knowledge of the french language by the reception service. It's a incredible feeling to be surprise by the reception when she swap from english to your native language.
It was a warm and greet welcome by the staff membre in the sunday afternoon.

A calm and pleasant stay in the heart of San Pedro

This is a solid three-star hotel with a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Its location is excellent — right in the center of San Pedro. From the hotel, you can walk to the beach in about 10–15 minutes at an easy pace through a nice park.

The promenade is beautiful and full of restaurants, both along the beachfront and near the hotel itself. You step out of the hotel and you're immediately in the town center, with plenty of places to eat, shop, and take a walk.

Overall, a good choice for a family stay. For a three-star hotel, it delivers exactly what you expect.

Great budget hotel. Staff were really friendly. We were a little worried as it’s only listed as a 3 star but the rooms are modern with great views. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

Very good location,but the most important was the staff, soo welcoming,payng attention to small details,the cleaning department,receceptionist.it was a pleasant stay.

After having a terrible experience dealing with love holidays with a simple roomissue, then it was great to see the high level of service this hotel provided.

The hotel was very clean, staff super friendly, helpful and great location in beautiful San Pedro.

Reception staff were also super and very helpful.

I heard the breakfast was very good, but sadly didnt make it due to late night partying in Marbs!!
