Before coming here, I read many reviews about your hotel online, and to be honest, they made me worried. People wrote so many negative things that simply are not true.

The staff at your hotel are absolutely outstanding! You are the best at everything!

The food was delicious and offered a great variety every day. The rooms were clean and were cleaned every single day. The pools were clean and beautiful. They are not heated with heat pumps, but the sun does the job perfectly. Your beach is fantastic, with soft sand and everything you could wish for in a beautiful beach.

The service is truly top-notch.

Thank you once again to the amazing team at New Eagles Aqua Park in Hurghada. A thousand thanks to every single member of your wonderful staff. We will definitely come back you can count on that!

Best regards,

The group of 9 from Sweden.

You are truly a 5-star hotel!

This hotel is completely misleading compared to what is shown in the pictures and advertisements. Once you arrive, the reality is very different from what was promised.

First of all, the rooms are in very poor condition. The hotel only provides small shampoo bottles or limited refills, not enough towels even for multiple guests, and barely any toilet paper. You constantly need to call housekeeping and ask for basic supplies.

The hotel also advertises internet access, but there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms at all. Even in the public areas, the connection is extremely weak, and you are forced to reconnect every 10–20 minutes using a code. Another misleading point is the minibar advertisement. They claim that soft drinks and beverages are included, but in reality, you only receive two bottles of water and one regular cola.

The drinks selection throughout the hotel is very limited mainly cola, cola zero (sometimes available), and artificial sugary juices.

The buffet food is repetitive and almost the same every day. The swimming pool was also disappointing, as it was not clean and did not look properly maintained.

The only positive aspect of the stay was that a few staff members were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, that alone cannot compensate for the overall terrible experience.

I would not recommend booking this hotel. The service is very poor, the advertising is misleading, and the entire experience was a major disappointment.

Had a really good time at Eagles Downtown Zaharia. Location is perfect, right in downtown Hurghada so everything's close. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The highlight for us was the entertainment team -very energetic, fun, and they kept everyone involved from morning activities to the evening shows. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do. Would definitely come back.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment and nothing like it was advertised.

One of the biggest issues was the overall atmosphere. I found out that the hotel is owned by the military, which means it offers heavily discounted rates to military personnel. As a result, the crowd was not what I expected, and I encountered several guests whose behavior was loud and vulgar. It made the experience much less enjoyable.

The food was another letdown. There was very little variety, and the same dishes were served almost every day. If you’re staying for more than a couple of days, expect the meals to become repetitive.

The beverage service was equally disappointing. Most bars only served water and powdered juice mixed with water. Whenever I asked for a soft drink or any other beverage, I was told to walk to the main pool bar instead. For an all-inclusive resort, this was very inconvenient.

The beach wasn’t good. Since there is a marina with yachts docked very near, the water was often murky, oily, and visibly polluted. Swimming there was not enjoyable at all, and it certainly wasn’t the clean beach experience.

The only positive aspect was the aqua park, which was enjoyable, but even that wasn’t exceptional compared to other resorts.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed at several hotels in the same price range that offered much better food, cleaner beaches, better service, and a far more pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to its advertising or my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff is exceptional—truly helpful and pleasant throughout our visit. A special shout-out to Ahmed Alaa at the main restaurant; his constant smile and outstanding service really made our dining experience memorable.

Regarding the food, I believe there is room for improvement; it would be great to see more variety and a step up in quality. While the sea wasn't the highlight of the trip, it was certainly acceptable. Overall, a great experience and a solid place to stay!
