We came here for the holidays, but it’s a disaster. From the outside, everything looks really cute, but the rooms are awful — there are ants everywhere! In the beds, in the bathroom, even crawling into the sheets! They’re not big or very noticeable, but tiny ones that you really have to look closely to see. So definitely don’t leave any open food in the hotel. They’re even in the closets… The staff is nice, but the hotel itself is unfortunately really old and run-down.

Simple, small scale, Turkish hotel with friendly staff. Perfect if you want to avoid the mass tourism of the all inclusive genre.  Just 5 steps and you can sit on the uncrowded hotel beach or enjoy the shaded garden and the good Turkish food (or the best chips and loaded nachos). Perfect location to walk around the old town.

What a shame! I'm sad doing this review... The lady at the reception Is so kind and the hotel has a wonderful position near the Sea and the old Side, BUT, the room smell a lot of smoke, the wc was dirty of urine inside and on the border! The sink very far from the border of the shelf, so was impossible to wash hands or face! The walls of the room were dirty

I was really happy at Neptun.
The staff is very friendly and they help you whenever they can. You feel like at home and that makes the stay so nice.
The rooms are a bit old, but everything is clean and well working. If you are lucky and you get a room in the 5th floor, you have an amazing view from the bed and a great balcony, on which we loved to spend some time.
The breakfast is also very nice. They have a changing and big buffet.
The beach is directly in front of the hotel and there are plenty long chairs available. I would advice to go to the beach on the other side of Side Antik (cleaner water and only sand).
The old town, called Antik Side is just 5min away by walk and the dolomus bus, too. Its a wonderful loctation.
