Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations at all.

The food was very bad with almost no variety. To the point that there were some meals we did not eat at all because there was nothing good or appetizing to choose from.

Housekeeping service was poor. The room was cleaned carelessly and without proper attention to detail.

The massage experience was one of the worst parts. We were taken to a room that was honestly scary and felt more like a hospital room, with no relaxing atmosphere and nothing related to a proper massage experience. Even worse, when I was leaving, I noticed that the staff member who did my massage was reusing the same towels I had been covered with and arranging them for the next guest, which means the same towels were used for multiple clients.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is calm and has a nice atmosphere.

However, we definitely did not get value for the money we paid, and it did not feel like a five-star hotel at all. At best, it deserves a 3 to 4 star rating.

Well... First of all, this hotel has no bar at lobby (only for money), and the nearest bar is at the beach, so if you want to drink coffee or tea between restaurant schedule - you need to go there.

A second thing is a noisy ambient -- planes flying around all day and nearest hotels are loud, so it's not quite at all.

Rooms are fine and food is appropriate (except poorly washed vegetables with sand on them, and some extremely salty foods, that probably masking poor taste quality).

Guest service guide Evelina is top, and helped us with a lot of stuff, so problems can be solved without extreme difficulties.

In my point of view, it is 4 stars hotel. It is not catastrophic, but not a 5 star.

Room on ground floor.cleaning need more improvement.very clean swimming pool n attentive staff.same for restaurant. Excellent head chef always eyes on details n smiling to customers. Clean plates, cutleries,  good food. Buffet style.plenty to choose deserve a 10here . Not in front of the beach but 5 min walk .Nice friendly hotel. Yes would go back

Please note the hotel is divided and have one part on each side on the (quite busy) road. The Mountain side and the Beach side. I stayed in the Mountain side of the hotel with All Inclusive package and visited the Beach side also. I find reviews to differentiate the 2 parts of the hotel a bit too much– let me be clear: neither is a 5-star hotel in accordance with international standards. Yes, the Beach side has seen more restoration (some) compared to the Mountain side (quite worn and old) but the difference is not that big.

Initially, expecting a 5 star hotel standard, I was disappointed but when leaving I felt I had gotten value for money all things considered. More luxurious hotels in Sharm do cost a lot more!

Positives:
- Great and free Wifi with mostly good speed covering almost all the resort. Streaming possible.
- Limited amount of kids (probably given the lack of kid-friendly attractions), quite mature guests guarantees a cool and relaxed stay.
- Well maintained garden and grass especially on Mountain side- probably the only part of the hotel still being in same condition as when the hotel was built. (1994?)
- A buffet offering a lot of alternatives, so even though all inclusive in this hotel means buffet is only option included you find ways to vary. I did stay healthy without any serious stomach issues eating most on the buffet– so I guess they know what they are doing with regards to food hygiene.
- The Staff. Even though the knowledge in English is limited with most workers they are hospitable and service-minded and have a positive attitude. Most visitors in this hotel seem to be Eastern Europeans (Russians).

Negatives:
- The “vendors” frequenting both sides of the hotel and hard selling overpriced services – massage (in hotel but separate company), diving, snorkeling… One has to be extremely dismissive to get them to leave you alone.
- The cleanliness and state of things. The hotel is old and parts have not seen renovation in a long time. The shower in my room had black mold and I seem to still have gotten a better room than many others with bathtubs.
The method for cleaning floors in rooms (wet mopping) leaves hair on the floor and alongside walls/ door openings there are a lot of them… Outside in Mountain area there is a lot of bird droppings covering the place which is not really hygienic. Even inside in the buffet hall there are some bird droppings.
- The packs of birds (large crows) that frequents the outside area of the restaurant making it a bit unpleasant eating there since the birds are not afraid. I do not understand why they are not shot/ captured?! Inside the lunch area there were smaller birds, however they did seem to keep out of the food…
- The hotel “offers” taxi services in cooperation with private drivers. Extremely overpriced with fixed prices 10x what is the rate you get with SharmTaxi app/ Indrive. Total scam/rip-off business that should not have any place in the hotel.
- Gym area – smells of smoke and is old and really depressing. Did not visit the Spa in the same section due to this.
- Limited alcoholic drink options. International fancy cocktails are not included in all inclusive. Local spirits that are tasting... well, alcohol. Only. Sometimes in paper cups
- Too little number of plastic cups (replaced with small paper cups then) and constant lack of spoons. Easily fixed.

WE GOT ROBBED AT THE SPA BY EMPLOYEES OF HOTEL. We came to visit the hotel on Naama bay because we wanted to swim. In the area we were staying the wind was too strong but naama bay was quiet and warm. We paid for a day pass. Long story short, the employees of the hotel, from SPA approached us for massage. We decided to use the services of massage during which the employees covered our head with a towel. We couldn’t see anything. Later on we figured that during this practice those spa employees went through our pockets and stole cash we had with us. It was 300 dollars. It was unfortunately too late when we noticed the money being stolen, because we had to catch a flight. But overall, terrible experience. Stealing money from customers. I hope karma pays back :)

Overall the staff here are very nice! They let us check in earlier and when we had to leave they let us stay longer and kept our bags as we had a later flight! Food was very good! The buffet and restaurants! Pool is very nice! Beach as well! Just remember if you book a mountain view the beach is on the other side but it’s not an issue as it’s literally a 2 min walk to get too.
I’d say the rooms definitely are out dated for sure! The bathroom was in rough shape but it wasn’t the worst either!

The hotel beach is quite large and spacious, which is a great advantage. However, the sunbeds and towels are rather old and definitely need to be updated. On a more positive note, I would like to praise the waiters and chefs working in the beachfront restaurant; the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Additionally, the staff at the reception are very professional, friendly, and open to helping guests at any time.
However, I would like to bring to the management's attention the highly unprofessional behavior of the animator named Ahmed. Unfortunately, I witnessed an incident near the bar that deeply upset me. The animator spoke to his colleagues in a very rude and condescending manner right in front of the guests. Furthermore, I have repeatedly heard him using foul language and profanity while communicating with tourists. Such behavior is completely unacceptable for someone working in the hospitality industry. it creates a tense atmosphere and ruins the overall holiday experience. I sincerely hope the administration takes appropriate action regarding this matter.
