Fantastic hotel, staff were so friendly and inviting. Rooms were very modern and spotless, we had a family joining room which my toddler loved having his own bathroom! Hotel is a perfect small hotel with a lovely pool and great quiet location. Only fault was the food selection for dinner wasn’t amazing for my son being 4 there was a few nights there was nothing for him so we would have to eat out which defeated the point of being all inclusive. Would love to stay here again !!

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. About 20 mins stroll along coast road to Kolymbari centre.

All staff were very pleasant.

I chose this location based on the numerous excellent reviews it has received, but in my opinion, there are a few essential areas that could be improved:

Strengths:

Very, very friendly staff, smiling, eager to help if you have any needs.

On the first day, we arrived in the evening, but we were escorted to our room and welcomed with water and a sandwich. This gesture impressed me, showing the care they have for tourists.

Very quiet area, right by the seaside.

The pool was very clean, cleaned daily, and the green space around it was well-maintained.

Exemplary daily cleaning. The cleaning ladies deserve to be congratulated or even given a bonus.

Weaknesses:

The biggest drawback, in my opinion, is the food—cheap and sometimes tasteless.

The breakfast was acceptable, the same every day for 7 days, with the omelet being the only thing that changed. Still, this was okay.

Dinner was sometimes just something to eat—it looked nice, but the taste was lacking. Desserts were just to make sure no one would complain, like fruit compote, yogurt with fruit pieces, or jelly.

The coffee— we didn’t get fresh coffee from ground beans, but rather instant coffee, which tasted bad. I should mention that at the bar you could get better coffee, but at an extra cost.

The air conditioning was very old and very noisy.

The lack of a sink in the bathroom could be uncomfortable.

Mold was present in the bathroom.

The wooden entrance door—when the wind blew, I felt like it might be ripped off the wall.

I should mention that I had the half-board option, and on the last day, I discovered that the pool menu included traditional Greek food. I ordered a gyro and was pleasantly surprised by how large the portion was and how good it tasted.

In conclusion, the hotel needs a few improvements, and the food definitely needs significant improvements. I should mention that I’m not picky when it comes to food, but I do like food with flavor.

So, if I were to exclude the food and the minor issues in the room, I would give it a 1000 rating. However, I paid for this service as well.

If I were to return, I would gladly come back, but without the dining service, only for the warmth of the people who greeted me during those 7 days.

The receptionist, Emanuel, even made us emotional at our departure, making it harder to leave. But again, all the staff—from the cleaning staff to the pool bar and reception—were smiling and very kind to us, and I want to remember this. ❤️

We had a very pleasant stay, and one of the main reasons was the staff, especially Emanuel at the front desk. He was always kind, attentive, and willing to help us whenever we needed something.
His calm and professionalism truly impressed us, and he made us feel genuinely welcome. Unfortunately, he was off on the day before we left, so we didn’t get to thank him in person so we’re doing it here: thank you, Emanuel! People like you make all the difference.

The room was nice, but different, the bathroom has only the shower and the wc, if you want to wash your hands you need to do it inside the room , near the bed. The breaksfast was delicios and complex.

Nice place. All.staff fantastic. Place really well looked after and clean. Close to the beach. It was really hot while we were there, so we didn't get to spend many evenings in Kolymbari.
The food was nice at the hotel also. Really can't fault it. All apartments face out to sea. The pool is nice. The pool bar is nice and very peaceful. Very enjoyable week.

It looks nice form the outside but when you look closer the hotel quite old, especially the bath rooms, and the food is mostly cheap. Only cheap coffee for breakfast, no fresh made coffee and no fresh fruits and overall not a place we would ever go again.
