Situated directly in the old town. Great bars, restaurants and shopping all around. Very friendly staff. That's the positive.

Rooms are very small and old. Everything is outdated. Bathroom smelled of chemicals and is so small. Silicone is black with mould and faucets are calcified and mouldy as well. At first the room itself looked fairly clean but still a bit dusty.
Additionally it's quite loud in the room. You can just everything from the corridors and the neighbouring rooms. Unfortunately not worth the money.

At night the bedbugs came out. So went to reception at about 1am. Nighty was really nice and apologetic. Gave me a new room. So packed all my stuff, got into the new room. First thing I did was taking a shower and there in the bathroom they were - cockroaches. Now it's 3am I can't sleep and I feel itchy and can't stop crying because I am afraid to have bedbugs and roaches in my luggage and I am dead tired. Booked with TUI so hoping for a new hotel to stay at.

The lobby is nice and really looks like in the pictures. But for the rooms, the best photos have already been selected in the best angle. This is really misleading.

We stayed here for 10 nights and had an amazing time. Our room (137) was a little tired but airy and light with a lovely sea view. The hotel is old but beautiful, it's not stark and dull like many others and the main reception area is stunning with all of the plants. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the attached restaurant was absolutely superb. But it was the staff who made it, even with our attempts to speak the language (we tried!!) all of the staff were friendly and helpful and most of all felt us feel welcomed. You can get posher, more fancy hotels but I can bet you won't get as good a service. The hotel is well located right in the old town with bars and restaurants just a 2 minute walk away although we just loved sitting outside in the square and watching the world go by! We were made to feel so relaxed, it really did make our holiday. Tip...if you are looking for tourist information, come out of the hotel, turn right and about a minutes walk away is a little tourist information office.. Eric and Katy were so helpful with booking trips and recommendations but never pushy.

I’ve just stayed here for Christmas Really beautiful  old building. Amazing location near everything and staff are amazing.infact booked for may and Christmas and new year next year

A fairly normal 3 star hotel but with a 5 star location!  I got a cheap deal thru a 3rd party & my room probably reflects this! Spend a bit more & better rooms can be had.

If you are a fan of bugs crawling all over you at night, having to go to the ER on christmas eve while the hotel refuses to even provide a refund: this is the hotel for you.

Update: The next day the owner provided us with a refund and a stay in another hotel in the area. Not worth spending christmas eve like this though

The staff are lovely and the hotel is great. The hotel is showing its age but we like it as it goes with the surrounding area. We call it authentic. Our room was dated but the mattresses were amazing very good sleep. Pool area is dated but the pool hot tube and sauna are in good order. The breakfast isn’t the best but it’s ok 6 out of 10 for that. Very clean well done staff. Lovely location best in town I think.

A great hotel, especially for that price!
The hotel, including the unique patio, has a very welcoming and unique atmosphere. The rooms are always clean, the service staff goes out of their way to help and make the vacation amazing :)
We used the pool, whirlpool and sauna frequently. Amazing atmosphere.
Breakfast was simple yet nourishing, everything you need.
The hotels location is ideal, near every possible attraction.
And lastly, big thanks to the receptionst quickly calling a taxi for us, when our transfer bus to the airport did not pick us up!

Beautiful hotel with very traditional style that perfectly gives out the vibes of Tenerife. Excellent central location close to the beach, restaurants and bus stops to visit other places as well. A lot of variety in the breakfast buffet. Very nice pool area. Clean facilities. We had a problem with our initial room, but after communicating it with the receptionist, he apologised and offered another room with great view. Friendly staff. Totally recommend it.

Lovely hotel, great price and location, with a pool and a jacuzzi, lovely staff and a nice breakfast. It would have been 5 stars if there was air-conditioning. It was a big ceiling fan which was ok and I guess the price would have been higher if they had air con.
