- on site hairdresser and fitness suite - didn't use, fitness suite looked fairly small but option was there.

Cons
- entertainment was hit and miss. Bizarre experience with the leather show, free gift ended up being a super cheap broken wallet. Don't recommend taking part in the leather 'bingo' as it's a bit of a scam to try and get you into the leather shop and give you these crazy big discounts. Just a shame that the hotel owners  (and others in the area we were told) co-operate with the leather goods company which doesn't seem to be all that reputable.
- Could have had classes, tai chi and yoga but nothing communal. Had a games room but was always dark and nothing going on, tucked underneath the building and no announcements for activities.
- ala carte restaurant closed. Snack restaurant was more for children / basic food rather than snacks.
- no coffee or tea in rooms but there was a kettle & signs to say no food in rooms.
- Abundance of ashtrays but no designated area for smokers, meant that non smokers were surrounded by cigarette smoke all over the resort.
- Spa treatment was a bit underwhelming. Not really sure what to expect but nothing exciting. Staff member was a little too friendly with me but understanding of my mum's mobility issues.
- cocktail menu for all inclusive was limited to 5 cocktails.
- It was the end of the peak season so the excursions man (who ran bookings for the spa) seemed very bored and very eager to make a deal or be of service. Not sure if that's the way things are done but it just felt very awkward having him sit by the pool all day every day waiting for customers (the same with the hairdresser.

Amazing hotel on the first line with its own beach spot. Small but comfortable rooms. Fast and good quality service. Always service minded and solution oriented reception. Special thanks to Heidy greeting customers with a beautiful smile and sorting out things promptly.

We had a two-week stay at this hotel (10th to 23rd August) as a family of three. We can say many positive things about Monart City Hotel.
First of all, the staff, the people, and the service captured our hearts. We were welcomed by a friendly reception team. Everyone we met was kind and welcoming. Heidy, in particular, is so warm-hearted, helpful, and lovely that we felt perfectly cared for—truly the best person ever. The other staff members were also kind, welcoming, and extremely friendly. We genuinely felt like part of their family.
We also want to mention the staff at the beach bar. They cared so much about our daughter, who has some difficulty walking. Every day, they helped carry things and provided her with a chair for her own use. The same attentiveness was shown in the restaurant, where Ridvan assisted her, opened doors, and took care of her. We have never encountered such a friendly, thoughtful, and caring approach, especially towards people with special needs. This hotel truly has a family-like atmosphere, and we will definitely come back.

The cleaning staff did their best, and our room was always fresh and spotless. The cleaning lady was very kind and caring, and we exchanged a big hug when leaving. Our superior room was very nice and had a fantastic view.
The food was varied and delicious. The chef was funny and friendly, making guests feel welcome. The staff worked hard to make everyone happy. We particularly enjoyed the sweets and grilled meats from the outdoor grill. There was also a great selection of fish, seafood, and vegetarian options, not to mention the salads and sauces. At the snack bar, we could also enjoy pasta, pizza, and snacks. Here too, the staff greeted us with smiles and a friendly attitude.
The hotel has two swimming pools with comfortable sunbeds, but we preferred the beach. It is slightly stony, but with shoes, it was fine. There were always free sunbeds and umbrellas, and as mentioned, the staff did their best to provide assistance whenever needed.
We recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a friendly place with excellent service, tasty food, and comfort. We will definitely return to Monart City Hotel.

Stayed here for a week, nothing to complain about, staff was friendly and helpfull, best part was the all you can eat, food selection is plenty and the food is really good. The beach is one step outside the hotel. Highly reccomend to anyone

We stayed at a hotel that was supposed to be all-inclusive, but it fell short in several areas.

The gym was a major letdown. Despite being a key reason for booking, the air conditioning was non-functional, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere similar to a smoking room due to the small open windows leading to a storage area where staff were smoking. This was concerning, especially with my daughter around. The equipment was mostly broken and insufficient.

The hotel had two small pools, one with water slide, which was worn out and required caution. No entertainment team, entertainment equipment (darts, playing table) were worn out too and dirty. The food was a mix; the grill area was great with delicious kebabs, but many desserts were repetitive and lacked quality.

Overall, while we had some fun, improvements are needed in gym facilities and dining options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The food was a real highlight — every day there were new and varied dishes, and the quality was consistently very good. You never get bored with the selection, and there’s something for everyone.

The snack bar is not the strongest part of the hotel, but honestly, it’s open very late, so it still does the job if you get hungry at night. The bars, on the other hand, are excellent. The bartenders are super generous with the alcohol, which sometimes makes the drinks stronger than expected, but always fun and well-made. A big plus is that the soft drinks are Coca-Cola products, including Sprite, Fanta, Coke, and Coke Zero — much better than what you often find at other hotels.

The rooms are also impressive. We stayed in one of the cheapest room categories, and everything was spotless, modern, and comfortable. There was nothing to complain about at all, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

Overall, this is a really great hotel with top service, great food, nice rooms, and a friendly atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.
