Bargain price but lacking in a couple of essentials. Only one bedside table, only one plug socket in the bedroom and only one spare blanket if anyone got cold. Kettle lid was broken and the bathroom desperately needed a upgrade. We stayed 5 nights and we'd been told there would only be one small clean we arrived Sunday and the towels were changed on the Wednesday. Pool area looked OK but we didn't use it due to the weather. Area is good for the restaurants and bars. Close enough to walk but not to close that you got noise. For what we paid and only using it for a base they were acceptable but not sure they would be if you spent a week or more here and wanted to stay around the pool all day.

Nice apartment’s clean & tidy , but could do with a bit more maintenance to make perfect . ideally situated for beach ,  bars and restaurants   . Had 2 weeks of very hot weather  nice little pool to cool down in but mainly went to the beach 5 minute walk away. 3rd visit for us  would recommend on my experience of Molino de Guatiza . Short walk away for super markets as this is self catering . only basic cooking, hob  no oven , no aircon so can get a bit muggy in the rooms . Staff are very helpful here and over at camel springs part of same ownership.

Me, my Husband and Son stayed for a week at these apartments (17-24 Oct 2024). Very impressed with how spacious the 2 room apartment was.  Fantastic sea view from our balcony. Very clean and tidy, and a lovely place to stay (would definitely recommend). A short walk to the main part of town (once we found the shortcut) and the same goes for the beach too. Pool at apartments was great, not fighting for a sunbed! Hotel staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Weather was lovely and hot, and would definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Totally surprised me. This hotel is situated a few leisurely minutes away from a coast line with many beaches, restaurants and shops to choose from.

We have stayed in some fabulous hotels over the years and paid over the odds, but we may have found one we'll book again without hesitation and recommend highly.

The rooms have everything you need for self catering. Lanzarote is full of supermarkets and local tasty food.

Yes, it's a 2 star hotel, without the pool entertainment, no board basis and no grand lobby to boot. However, what you will find is a hidden away gem without the overcrowding issues and plenty of things to do within reach, for a fraction of the price.

The hotel beds are a bit firm for my liking, but I've also experienced this in 5 star hotels I've recently stayed at.

We're home from a 4 week stay here. What a gem of a place. Lovely clean basic apartment, ideal for self catering, just what we hoped for. We were so surprised at how spacious it was! Pool area is spotless, and the pool is gorgeous. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas (and no sunbed wars!) Kitchen very well equipped. Reception is just across the road, and the staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Washing machines there too for €4, including detergent. We had a few swims in Camel Springs too. Beautiful location, 2 mins from the beach. A few gorgeous restaurants very close by. Then a 5 min pleasant stroll to the shops and main square. Sheets changed once weekly, towels approx twice weekly. We'll definitely return, thank you

I was recommended this place as I’ve been to Lanzarote twice and this was my third time. The place was conveniently located, walking distance to main strip and beach and also walking distance to bus stop. The room was nice size and kitchen all equipment needed. The tv was brilliant as could sign into own Netflix etc and WiFi worked smoothly.
The pool was great, nice little baby pool and plenty of sun loungers, what I liked was it was not overly busy yet still busy enough for my kids to make a couple of friends.
You have total control over your own holiday here and can find lots of places to eat or even stock up snacks at the HiperDino.
For the price I paid it was well worth it, last two times I stayed in well known chains in Costa Teguise and Puerto del carmen. This out ranks them just on the location alone.
I came alone with two children and felt safe.
I would recommend this complex. I stayed in number 7, perfect access to the pool.
BTW: I later found out the three cats that hang around and I was feeding them are not actually strays they have homes but on the look out for extras. They are friendly and help keep any unwanted bugs away from the complex so a bonus in my eyes.

This apartment complex is centrally located in the tourist resort of Costa Teguise, just some 400 m from the beach and around 800 m from the town centre. It is just a short distance from shopping areas with boutiques, bars and restaurants
