The hotel could improve on cleanliness in general areas, and the beach area also needs more regular cleaning.
Breakfast could offer more variety, for example scrambled eggs or other options.
At the beach bar, there were only hamburgers and beer available, no wine.

On the positive side, the price was very good, and the location is convenient — just a 5-minute walk to the beach.
In the sea, there are some large rocks, so you need to be careful when entering, but the water isn’t too deep.

This place will be first arrive wasn’t the best it does need work like everyone says however most of the reasons that isn’t great is to do with the other guests who are quite rude. Don’t know how to queue properly and I generally miserable. I went out of season and it was still not the friendly place to be there are a few guys that work there that are extremely friendly however the animation team are amazing and The entertainment was one of the best I’ve ever been to the food is an excellent however it isn’t as bad as everyone says no food poisoning. We’ve all eaten quite well. It’s just a bit repetitive as many all inclusive didn’t have any issues with getting spaces by the pool however like I mentioned we went out of season overall was a positive experience, but probably won’t return as we like to go to different places on holiday.

Probably wouldn't visit this hotel again. The only good thing about this hotel was the entertainment team. Mot, Mario and Gonzalez were absolutely amazing, they were super friendly and soooo funny. Always stuck to their word and made everyone feel welcome... Unlike the actual hotel staff.
The restaurant was the worst!! At lunch time and dinner time was horrendous, the queue to get in starts about half an hour before it opens and is already a mile long. When you eventually get in there, there isn't any tables available and if you do manage to get a table, unless there is someone sat there someone else will claim they had it first and you have to move... That's what happened to me. I had phones and hats on the table and when I came back with my plate of food I was told I had to move because this other family reserved it first.... Unfortunately being English, I lost the battle and had to find another table. The only time you get a table without fighting for one is at breakfast, that was quite peaceful which was nice. Drinks are limited on the all inclusive and snacks throughout the day wasn't really available and if there was, like the restaurant if you aren't quick enough, you miss out.
If you want to guarantee a sunbed then you need to be downstairs by about 5 am otherwise you have no chance!! A couple of times I went down at 6 and took the last remaining beds!
Ice creams are only available twice a day for a certain amount of time.
The cleanliness of the hotel wasn't that great and I certainly wouldn't rate it 4*.

There are a few staff members who really stood out for their kindness and professionalism. For example, Sinen and a lady at the bar/reception (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) were amazing—she made excellent drinks and was very welcoming. The hammam was also lovely; the lady who did my massage was sweet, gentle, and attentive.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing:
•	Excursion Partner: I was approached by an independent excursion partner of the hotel who was extremely rude and racist. After I expressed my discomfort to staff, they informed the man, and he began harassing me via WhatsApp. This made me feel unsafe and very anxious during my stay.
•	Food & Hygiene: Many of my family members got food poisoning from the restaurant. The food was often undercooked, lacked variety, and basic hygiene was not monitored (guests touching food with their hands, dropping it back, no staff oversight). When utensils like forks or knives were missing, staff kept passing responsibility around instead of helping. Despite being “all-inclusive,” we had to eat outside because the food was not safe or appealing.
•	Room Cleanliness: Rooms were not cleaned properly. Water stains were left on taps and mirrors, rubbish was left in corners, and overall cleanliness was poor.
•	Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi situation was very frustrating. It’s only free in the lobby. In the rooms, access is restricted unless you pay extra—which is not what you expect from a family resort, especially with children needing internet.

While there were a few highlights thanks to certain staff and the hammam, the issues with safety, food hygiene, cleanliness, and service far outweighed the positives. I cannot recommend this hotel

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The hotel staff does not speak or understand English properly, making communication difficult, and many of them had a very arrogant attitude. The hotel was completely overcrowded with queues everywhere, and people were rude and self-centered.
The location is not good, and there is very little to do in the surrounding area. Without a car or organized trips, there's nothing to do. Alanya city center and its beaches are too far to walk. The hotel's own beach was okay and not too crowded, about 400-500 meters away, with a shuttle provided by the hotel.

The hotel room was clean and the air conditioning worked well, but the room had a bad smell from day one (cigarette), which caused headaches. In the bathroom, shower water spread across the entire floor and wouldn't drain, as the only drain was under the shower and the water couldn't flow back there. We had to keep wet towels on the floor, which the cleaners didn't always replace. In addition, the floor was EXTREMELY slippery and therefore dangerous - we almost fell several times.

Initially, cleaning was fine, but in the last few days, we didn't get all our towels back or even changed, and eventually there was no cleaning at all for the last three days. Also, the room had only one very small trash bin in the bathroom, which filled up immediately even with minimal waste.

The hotel's breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were the same every day. Most dishes were not labeled, making it very difficult for a vegetarian to find suitable food, even though the hotel was described as vegetarian-friendly.

People were rude, cutting in line, and children were eating directly from the serving dishes using the same utensils others used to take the food. The food was just barely mediocre. There was no room to eat indoors, and outside you had to eat in cigarette smoke as people were smoking at nearby tables. Tables were left in a horrible state, and the amount of food waste was shocking.

It was impossible to get a sunbed by the pool, as other guests reserved every single one with towels and personal items - even overnight - and nothing was done to prevent this.

The advertised à la carte restaurant and gym did not exist.

The only positive thing was Ali, who is mentioned in many other reviews as well. He organized trips and car rentals, spoke good English, and made sure guests were well taken care of. He gave a very warm and friendly welcome every day.
All in all, this is not a 4-star hotel - at best, it's a 2-star, maybe 3 on a good day.
