Our stay at Ma Biche Kemer Hotel was absolutely incredible. The location is stunning, with mix of great mountain views from the rooms and beautiful beach views on the other side.

What truly made our trip exceptional, though, was the outstanding service from the entire staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Emir and Can Berk, who were exceptionally friendly, attentive, funny and helpful, their great energy and hospitality really made our holiday unforgettable!

We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed at the hotel for 11 days and we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time there.

I believe a big part of that was thanks to the excellent staff. Everyone we interacted with was polite, friendly, positive and always willing to help. The teams in the bar and restaurant areas were especially efficient, hardworking and professional and maintained a warm and welcoming attitude throughout our stay.

My special thanks go to Chef Ümit. I cannot eat gluten and after we informed him about this on our first evening, he prepared special gluten-free meals for me throughout our entire stay. Every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared and varied. Ümit is a very kind, attentive and caring person and I am very grateful for the effort he made to ensure I could enjoy my meals without any concerns. If possible, I’d be very grateful if you gave him my regards!

Besides, I’d love to admit that the hotel grounds are beautiful and pleasant to walk around, with plenty of rabbits, cats and fowl adding to the charm of the place.

Overall, it was a really lovely stay and we enjoyed it immensely. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so good!

This was my first time in Turkey, and I was satisfied with my stay.
Overall, the experience was good – the food was tasty with a decent variety of choices. Since the hotel had only recently opened after the winter season, not everything was fully operational, so the evening entertainment program was limited. However, during the day there were various activities and games organized by the animation team.
The room was clean and well maintained, with a very nice view of the mountains. The whole hotel area was well kept, the pools and SPA zone were clean, and the sauna were properly heated.
WiFi was stable and reasonably fast.
The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the city, which makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday. Rooms were quiet with no disturbing noise.
The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, and not intrusive.
Special mentions go to: Emir (bartender) – very friendly and makes delicious cocktails. On one quiet evening, we had a chance to talk more, and he left a very good impression.
Muhammet (restaurant staff) – polite and attentive, always quick to offer drinks and very kind.
Overall, the hotel left a good impression. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing holiday with good service.

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, and everyone was very kind and welcoming. The staff spoke very little German, but they always made a great effort to communicate and help us, which we really appreciated.

The staff were incredibly sweet and friendly, especially Ms. Leman from the restaurant. She was so kind and warm-hearted — it always made me happy to see her, and she always had a smile on her face.

Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

From the moment we arrived, Yaren consistently provided outstanding service with a genuine smile, professionalism, and a positive attitude. She always went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to help made a real difference to our holiday experience.

What impressed us most was how she remembered our favourite drinks throughout our stay. Whether it was a Cuba Libre, a glass of Champagne, or a Sex on the Beach cocktail, Yaren always knew exactly what we wanted. Many times, our drinks were already prepared and waiting for us before we even had a chance to go to the bar. This personal touch made us feel incredibly welcome and valued as guests.

Excellent customer service can turn a good holiday into a great one, and Yaren certainly did that for us. Her dedication, hard work, and genuine care for guests are a credit to the hotel and reflect the highest standards of hospitality.
