Just wrapped up a fantastic 3 days trip to Antalya. The highlight was definitely the service at the hotel.
Big Thank you to Gulben Kuslar at the front desk for making everything so easy for us and always with the beautiful smile like a professional.
Hasan Unal was a total pro and helpedus out with our bags and getting settled.
At the lobby bar we get another excellent service by Ozlem which served us many tasty drinks and lot of joyful.
Anyway all personal deserve Big Thanks for beautiful service providing to the tourists.
Also Turkish food was delicious.

Perfect holiday! Located close to the airport, so transfer time is less. The private beach is big enough, there are enough sunbeds, the water is clear, no rocks. Food, service is excellent. Kids' club amazing - Selin and the young girl (her name starts with B) did a fantastic job, every day different activities during the day and mini disco and performances in the evening. Our room was spacious and clean. The only minus was the aircon above our head so we opted for switching it off which made our nights a little hard

Extremely Disappointed Not Worthy of 5 Stars!!

We stayed at this hotel expecting a luxurious 5-star experience, but what we received was more in line with a 2-star disappointment. What truly shocked us, however, was not just the subpar service, but the blatant discriminatory behavior toward Vietnamese guests.

While other guests were served drinks with friendly attention, our family and other Vietnamese guests, were ignored. Even when trying to engage the staff, calling out for service, they were met with deliberate indifference. It felt as if my parents were invisible, as if their presence simply didn’t matter.

At the buffet, plates were cleared away without warning, while guests had only briefly stepped up to get more food. No consideration, no courtesy, just exclusion.

What made things even worse was the impression that we were being treated differently because the staff assumed we wouldn’t tip. Their behavior seemed motivated purely by money, showing obvious favoritism toward those they thought were more “worth it.” It’s hard not to feel humiliated when you’re made to feel irrelevant simply because you’re not perceived as profitable.

This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional, it’s deeply offensive and heartbreaking. In today’s world, no one should be subjected to such prejudice, especially in a hospitality setting that claims to uphold five-star standards.

We strongly urge the hotel’s management to take a hard look at their staff training, their values, and their commitment to treating all guests with dignity and respect. Traveling is supposed to be an enriching experience, not one that leaves you feeling invisible.

The food is amazing and the room is almost clean! The most friendly people are the cleaner staff! What i didn't like is that there is no one expert in making the drinks specially alcohols drinks also most of the staff are not speaking english in which make it difficult to order and to understand.

Ever seen Crazy Rich Asians? That opening scene where hotel staff treat Asians with snobby racism? Yeah — welcome to *this* hotel. Apparently, they've taken it as an inspirational training video. Truly heartwarming to watch the staff judge people like it's an Olympic sport.
I wouldn't recommend this place! The worst! The service? A masterclass in how *not* to treat paying guests. Airbnb sounds like five-star Hotel in comparison.
And their five-star rating? Must be based on some alternate reality — or maybe a Russian scoring system where 5 means 'catastrophically awful'. Never again. I should’ve gone to Hilton, where they actually treat you like a guest — not a walking stereotype.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff didn’t know how to treat guests with basic respect, and most of them didn’t speak or understand English, which made communication very difficult.

At one point, we were sitting in the dining room, and a staff member came and took our food without even asking or realizing we were still at the table. That was incredibly rude and upsetting.

Another downside was the bar experience. It seemed like the place catered to people who enjoy drinking, but the staff clearly didn’t know how to make proper cocktails. The alcohol served was not tasty or high quality, which made the whole experience feel cheap and careless.

The only staff members who were actually kind and professional were the cleaning staff they were friendly and did their job well. The food at the hotel was also good, but aside from that, nothing else stood out in a positive way.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Basic hospitality, respectful service, and proper communication were all missing.
