No way is this hotel a 4* and unfortunately me and my friends would not return.

Reception was friendly but other then that, shabby rooms with paper thing walls, you can hear furniture being dragged and noise from other rooms all night.

The pool is not heated as mentioned or if it is it's freezing and tiny. The cocktails were very nice at the pool bar though.

Lifts are slow and feel like they are about to breakdown.

Breakfast not great, probably one of the worst I've had in a hotel. Not a lot to choose from and zero atmosphere.

Beach is just across the road, and if you turn left out of the hotel and keep walking you end up in the new town. However there seems to be a few undesirables who linger on the street outside the hotel.

Have been to Benidorm many times and this hotel was unfortunately a let down  🫤

Fabulous little hotel tucked in the avenue behind the promenade so easy reach of the beautiful beaches.
Even though got very busy of an evening wasn't disturbed by noise. Good double glazing!
Great diner downstairs for breakfast.  Lovely rooftop sun area witha bar and a small pool for cooling off. Great views.
Definitely stay here again

This was perfect for us. Friendly and helpful staff, a lovely room with good views of the avenue and the sea (it's only a block away from the beach). Lovely cafe with a bar serving snacks (e.g. toasties and burgers).

Maintenance was constant in every part of the hotel, check in was effortless.

Lovely hotel in a good location, comfortable room with balcony and sea view , nice breakfast. Would stay again.
