I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding — every request was handled quickly and with great care.
The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything tidy and fresh every day. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes for every taste — from local specialties to international cuisine.

The animation team - Willy, Ilian, Marcelo and others Were simply fantastic! They were full of energy, enthusiasm, and made every day fun and unforgettable. The activities, shows, and entertainment were perfectly organized — there was always something exciting to do, for both kids and adults.

I can honestly say this was one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, great entertainment, and a perfect place to relax. I can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Medina and Thalasso was completely unplanned, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the food was truly delicious.
All the staff are incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to help and make guests feel welcome.
A special thank you to Suma from the entertainment team – my daughter absolutely adored her and still keeps saying how much she misses her.

Medina Solaria & Thalasso - A perfect retreat in Yasmine Hammamet

An excellent hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful views of the sea or the pool. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always attentive to guests’ needs. The food is varied and delicious, and the thalasso area is ideal for full relaxation. The private beach is just a short walk away, and the location in Yasmine Hammamet is perfect for evening strolls. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a blend of comfort, good service, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Quite upset to have to write this review as I booked this holiday to have a nice relaxed stay.
When we were given our room, we see that we were given 2 single beds instead of the double bed we booked and given no duvet (shown in picture). The staff that took us to the room also had no initiative to see that there’s no duvet and that it’s 2 single beds. We also paid extra to have sea view but were given a room with a partial sea view blocked by trees. Our fridge did not have any water or drinks filled. Nor did it have a kettle and tea bags etc. They also don’t have a hairdryer.  which is the bare minimum in any 5 star hotel. All these things are listed on their website that they have it.  We then spoke to reception and told her that we have two single beds. Her response was very unapologetic and said that they are very busy today and that they will give us a double bed tomorrow. At the time we felt pressured to just accept this as we had just arrived. However, after some thought we realised this is not acceptable as we were only staying in Tunisia for just 5 nights. We went back to reception to tell them in a respectful way that we need a double bed today and duvets. The lady at reception again repeated that it’s busy. We then said we paid for a double bed so need a double bed. Only after speaking up was action taken and within minutes she was able to SUDDENLY give us a room with double bed and a better sea view. This just showed that they did have this room available but intentionally gave us a room that was not what we paid for. I Can’t help but feel that we were being fobbed off with this room.

Anyways after moving into the new room which was a lot better and can tell it was freshly cleaned. The staff member said that this room is very good because it has a kettle and drinks already in the fridge. This annoyed us further because this is what we paid for originally so why did they put us in a room that didn’t have those things. The guy made it seem like he’s doing us a favour by allowing us to be in this room. No , we should’ve had this room from the get go. Not be gaslighted into thinking they’ve done us a favour.

The new room was better but still did not feel like a 5-star hotel. There was no desk with mirror so getting ready was quite difficult as the only mirror I had to get ready was the one near the kettles (shown in picture) and had to do my makeup standing up and going back and forth to get my other products. Was quite inconvenient .

The  indoor pool was tiny and the timings were very limited. Oh also there is no jacuzzi for customers to use UNLESS you book a spa which is £50. Online they advertise it as a jacuzzi for every customer. This was quite disappointing. The hockey and pool tables have to be paid for and the hockey table took our money but didnt work.

Sadly, I didn’t feel this was a 5 star hotel. More like a 3 star hotel and I would not come here again.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The food was delicious and offered a great variety every day. The cleanliness was outstanding, with the rooms and facilities always spotless. Security made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The entertainment team was fantastic, keeping guests engaged with fun activities and shows. Overall, the hotel truly deserves all the praise for its high standards and exceptional service but and last not least thanks for Marcelo for everything

This brand new hotel is located directly on the beach, and is only a short stroll from the marina and the Medina. The hotel is 1 km from Puerto Deportiva, and it is only a few minutes away from the historic sites in the centre Hammamet. Tunis-Carthage international airport is approximately 65 kms from Yasmine Hammamet. This 239-room beach hotel is fully air-conditioned and offers a business centre with 6 conference rooms for up to 250 people. There is a mini club and a play area for younger guests. The hotel provides various entertainment programs during the day and the evening. There are 2 golf courses just 5 kms from the hotel. Guests are sure to enjoy the Thalasso-therapy centre as well as the gym and health club. In the extensive, well-kept gardens there are 2 swimming pools, one of which has 3 levels.
