Ugh where do I start, my flight landed at 1 and i reached the hotel at around 2. They were made welll aware of the time i was landing .. I arrived at reception and the staff couldn’t speak English but stated my room was not ready a someone else was sleeping in it . This service was terrible. I was made to wait in the lobby from 2am -7am for 5 hours when i was offered. A room . THIS RUINED MY HOLIDAY. I even spoke to the manger and they offfered to send me to another hotel for the night when i clearly paid for this one. Over the 5 hours i must have seen hundreds of flight attendendannt and no tourists which made me very uncomfortable . WORST EXPERINCE ever and the fact that there was no entertainment either i just had to rot in the room . Also the food was the same everyday and so limited .

The staff randomly enters your room even if you have a ‘Do not disturb’ sign on the door, no food variety, lots of flies in the restaurant. The wifi constantly disconnects in the room if you live far away from the reception, the staff BARELY speaks any basic English. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, not much to do. Do not recommend

Wish I could leave zero stars, but since it is not an option, I’m forced to leave 1 star.  The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there is NOTHING to do, and I don’t understand why anyone would want to go here.  The food is not fresh, and there are lots of flies and the food doesn’t vary much.  Most importantly, staff will enter your room even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign on your room door - at early hours in the morning.  Staff does not speak any and ALL English, apart from yes or no.  The bathrooms are FILTHY, the chair in my room had a hole burned into it from a cigarette being extinguished, the walls are paper thin, and the beds and towels have unidentifiable stains - same goes for the beach towels at the pool.  The toilet has extremely low water pressure, and the shower in my room kept clogging.  The in room mini fridge smells putrid, and the air conditioner doesn’t work properly.  WiFi randomly disconnects and the hotel management is no use in helping you reconnect.  Absolute nightmare staying here, stay FAR away - I wouldn’t put a homeless vagrant here!

Room: the safe box and air con worked well. Good space for 2 adults with mini fridge and outdoor swimsuit drying space. We used our own portable speaker to play downloads of music / podcasts. Basic, comfortable and clean.

Service: absolutely 5 stars - all restaurant/bar staff were very helpful and friendly. It  didn’t matter about language barriers too much. Thank you reception lady - night desk! :) The animation team (Kind Esther & Funny Feraz) were so brilliant, bravo!! Aqua aerobics in the morning, some water polo and kids disco in the “night club” area - perfect! The weekend party was very special for the day and night. We made friends with other UK/Turkish families. We ate and drank well all week.

Location: We went to Land of Legends theme park and there was lots to do - water slides and rollercoasters! (Children age only up to 11yrs). Within walking distance. They have free evening shows that were very pretty. The private transfer was easy and only approx. 30mins from airport.

Maya World we highly recommend for a family with children - snooker, ping pong, table football, x4 fun slides. We felt safe here - simple and really lovely holiday :)

If I could give this hotel negative stars I would...the whole experience was an absolute disgrace.

My first issue with this hotel is that they asked for us to pay for our entire 4 day visit up front, and their reasoning was because we were reserving late, even though we booked our rooms 7 days before arrival.

When we arrived everything seemed okay but we were rushed to the dining area as lunch service was just ending. There wasn't much left to eat but that was understandable as it was the end of lunch service, but we were set outside near the pool in 30+ degree heat with large fans that didn't oscillate nor provided any relief. Even worse the amount of flies swarming around us and our meals made it too difficult to enjoy.

Our second day seemed okay, but that was because we spent almost the entire day at Land of Legends which was a less than 5 min drive away. When we arrived back at dinner service we noticed that the menu was the same as the previous night, but again we didn't think much of it. What did bother us was the lack of air conditioning in the indoor dining area and the amount of flies swarming around us and our food.

On our third day the breakfast menu was the same as the previous day, a good variety but all I wanted to eat was French toast, and even when it came fresh off the grill it was still hard as a brick. A bit later during breakfast service the electricity went out and apparently the hotel had no backup generator.

Unfortunately my husband was riding the elevator when this happened and became stuck. He called me from the elevator and I quickly informed the manager at the front desk, who then nonchalantly walked around and looked up at the elevator to see if my husband was in fact stuck, as if i were lying. He then walked to the dining area and proceeded to have a conversation about something totally different with one of the employees.

He never came to update me on the situation nor did he try to reassure me that everything would be taken care of. 15 minutes later my husband is still stuck in the elevator, so I inform a lady at the front desk who promptly called a technician for assistance...she reassured me as well as my husband on the phone that they would get him out of the elevator quickly. And within several short minutes my husband was free from the elevator, but he had to crawl out as the technicians had to pry open the doors.

This incident alone was enough to infuriate me and my family, but the fact that my kids never got to take advantage of the water slide at one of the hotel pools because they only run from 10-12 and 4-6 (I don't remember the exact hours but it was a total of approximately 4 hours a day) was beyond upsetting.

On our last night while searching for a mosquito in our room I noticed what appeared to be "boogers" stuck to our beds headboard, as well as dead mosquitos stuck to the wall near the closet and in the bathroom. So apparently nothing gets cleaned but sheets and towels.

Of all the hotels and villas I've stayed at in Türkiye this was by far the absolute worse in every category...and I honestly cannot believe the amount of positive reviews for this place, nor it's 5 star rating.

I will NEVER go back to this hotel and I will make it my duty to discourage anyone else from waisting their money on this disgusting, disgraceful place.

Not worth it! Staffs are rude none of them could speak English. Middle of nowhere. Only good thing was walking distance to land of legend. In the rooms the Bathrooms were disgusting. Manager was rude, I asked him to help me with the wifi as it wasnt connecting and it was over 24 hours. He helped at first then got distracted by young single females. The lady who works in the spa was also rude she had no manners whatsoever. It was that bad had to leave the hotel few days early. They aren’t family friendly. They cater more to pilots, air host/ess etc. also the single people especially the young girls. I traveled with my little one. I usually like Turkey but this time I’ve been put off because of this hotel. AVOID AT ALL COST ESPECIALLY IF YOU COME AS A FAMILY

Absolutely disgusting hotel would not recommend this hotel to anyone  waste of money. Very poor service rooms are dirty has cockroaches in it with a dirty fridge electric Turns
off all of a sudden water turns off the worst thing is they don’t care about health and safety. They put a lot of chemicals in the swimming pool, which made my children really ill.no WiFi working I paid for 6 adults so I can get proper beds for my childrens I booked 2 rooms I got 1 sofa bed 1 double When I return back to UK my children are in hospital. I would sue this hotel. Its disgusting I would never go back please don’t waste your money. Not even worth 1 star
