About NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER MARISSAL. What a bad experience!
The staff did their best, but the atmosphere in the restaurant (we were seated at the front) was far from festive. Bright lights were on and the TV was playing, which really spoiled the gala feeling. We ended up turning both off ourselves.

Although the menu looked very promising, the food was extremely disappointing. There were three options per course and our group tried them all — unfortunately, every dish was bad.

The only positive points were the front-row at the balcony and the fact that all drinks were included. Considering the quality, this experience was not worth the money.We would definitely not book this again.

We went here for the New Year’s Eve dinner and I can absolutely not recommend it, especially considering that they charged 160€ pP.

The evening was supposed to start at 8.
After queueing for 1 hour just to get in, our food was cold.
The quality not what you would expect for that large amount of money. I have eaten much better for a portion of this prize.

The „animation“ was one guy that only went to the tables of bigger groups and he seemed do be doing some magic tricks.

Nothing to complain about the staff here - they were really nice and professional, but whoever organized this night, it seems, didn’t want to make it special for people but rather earn fast money without offering quality in return.

We had expected a special night for a sum we initially were happy to pay - however, this was a huge disappointment.

I stayed here for 5 days and everything was great! The location is perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the prices are really reasonable. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were super nice and helpful, especially the very friendly gentleman at the reception. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this place!

We did a tour and the tour dropped us off at the plaza. We picked this restaurant in a rush to be able to eat something before we go back to the time we came from.
The service and the place is amazing in a great location however, the food it’s OK

Went to the restaurant / bar while visiting. They took my order and the drink never came. Waited over 20 minutes. It was a beer on tap. I tried to get the attention of a female server twice. She looked me in the eye and kept walking both times.  Very rude. She served everyone else so not sure if it’s because I was American or what. Every other place in Spain has been extremely nice. Avoid this places. Tables and restaurant were also extremely dirty. Didn’t wipe the tables and floors were dirty.

The hostel is located on the famous Balcón de Europa on the Costa del Sol Nerja. In the eastern part of the Costa del Sol and only 45 min. from Malaga and its international airport. In Nerja you can enjoy its beaches with crystal clear waters and a unique tropical climate. You can also entertain yourself with the nightlife and its multitude of shops and bars, if what you are looking for are hotels near the balcony of Europe in Nerja or hostels, stop looking, you have found it.The hostel has 23 rooms classified according to the views, they are full of light and comfort and perfectly equipped. We also have an excellent restaurant.
