Just got home from a lovely holiday here. I  stayed with my 3 children. Rooms are great and spacious, food was amazing didnt get bored they had lots of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is nice and clean, the cleaners came in daily. The beach is just a minute walk away, but you can see it from the resturant window! Its also close to the town centre of cal a dor its about 10min walk away, loads to do there and lovely beach coves everywhere! Would definitely stay here again.

Having just returned from our sixth visit, I can confidently say that this hotel continues to exceed our expectations. The property is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and impressively spacious, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere.
The dining experience is good, with a wide variety of options available each day and enjoyable themed evenings — the Mexican and American nights were particular highlights.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. Our holiday simply wouldn’t be the same without the warmth and professionalism of George, Aline, Diego, Lorena, Paige, Nacho, and Armand — though every member of the team is consistently friendly, courteous, and attentive. It’s impossible to walk through the hotel without being greeted with a smile or a hello.
The entertainment team deserves special recognition. They are not only incredibly welcoming but also exceptionally talented at what they do. Guests should definitely take part in the activities they run throughout the day and make time for the evening shows. We especially enjoyed the quizzes, Searching for Light, and of course, the unforgettable parties.
Another thoughtful touch is the guest experience manager, who regularly checks in with guests to ensure everything is perfect — a small gesture that makes a big difference.
If there is one drawback, it comes not from the hotel itself but from a handful of inconsiderate guests who reserved sunbeds by leaving towels on them as early as midnight. While this was frustrating, it was reassuring to see the staff step in to address the situation, and by the second week of our stay, the problem had been resolved.
Overall, this hotel continues to deliver outstanding hospitality, and it is easy to see why we return year after year. Without hesitation, I would recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing holiday.

We had a very nice stay overall. The hotel offers good service and is located in a picturesque area, right next to a lovely small bay and within walking distance of two other beautiful bays. The only thing that could really be improved is the room cleaning, for some reason our room wasn’t cleaned for four days, and afterwards they only changed the towels without properly sweeping the floor. Still, the overall experience was positive: the staff were friendly and the food was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Mar Senses Hotel Family! Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, the food was delicious, and most importantly, the staff made the experience truly special. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed at reception by Santiago, whose positive energy set the tone for my entire stay. Whenever I needed information, the reception team was attentive and helpful. I enjoyed it so much that I’m already considering booking again for next year!

This was our second time at the this hotel, our last stay was 2 years ago before it changed one section which is now adult only, the down side to this is the family section is now smaller and there simply isn’t enough sunbeds, you have to get up before 6am to guarantee getting one where you want, this was not the case 2 years ago, the only practical place they could put more is where the tables and chairs are in front of the main stage, I appreciate that would mean they would need to be cleared every night for the entertainment but I think it’s the only solution.

However, apart from that the hotel is great, the location is amazing, the food is good and I believe it caters for everyone, the drinks are good and there is a wide range available, the rooms are clean, not enough storage and no long mirrors but apart from that absolutely fine.

But the main thing that makes this hotel is the staff, Aline goes around making sure everyone is ok and if not she will sort it out ASAP, she’s great.
The animation team are absolutely brilliant, I never normally do as many activities as I do at this hotel as they just make you WANT to join in, French Bowls, Waterpolo, table tennis, volleyball and beer pong just to name a few.
One of the evening entertainment shows is the animation team who do a dance show, we thought it was brilliant!!!
The staff behind the bar and in the restaurant are amazing too and you can tell they enjoy working there.

The room was good and cleaned every day. The swimming pool area was kids- and family-friendly. It was a great place for children and families, with a variety of interesting entertainment programs. I would recommend it to families with children.

The hotel atmosphere was very positive. On the last day, which was my partner’s birthday, the hotel team surprised us. While we were in the room, they brought a cake and champagne to help us celebrate her birthday.
Honestly I am very happy to chose this hotel .

Just returned home after our third stay at Mar Senses Ferrera Blanca. This hotel never disappoints. Apart from the beautiful hotel, beach and location the staff are truly out of this world and customer satisfaction is second to none. The animation team as always were outstanding, the bar and restaurant staff amazing and always go that extra mile with friendliness, professionalim and just generally want visitors to have a first class experience. We visited with my dad who is in his 80's and nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out for Aline who checked in with us frequently to ensure everything was to expectations, which as usual it was. Love this hotel, the staff and everything about it and would always recommend. Thank you once again for your outstanding customer service.
