Things To Keep In Mind

Excellent service from arrival to checkout. Lovely friendly welcome from Louis on reception and he walked us to our room. We had a lovely surprise upon going in as the team had left a cake, balloons and a gift for my daughter’s birthday. It was such a lovely kind gesture and we were so grateful. Room was large, very clean and spacious with everything we needed. Pool area is lovely, lots of loungers and a heated pool, also a bar for drinks.  Location is perfect. There is a supermarket by the entrance to the hotel for all of the essentials and lots of places to eat nearby. Las Americas is a short taxi ride away or is within walking distance if you don’t mind walking. My daughter loved Siam Mall which is just half a mile away and Siam Park is about the same distance. All of the staff are super friendly and we got a WhatsApp message every night to check if we wanted our room cleaned. We had a great time, thank you to team Malibu Park.

We upgraded to a premium/air conditioned room, close to the pool area. It’s modern, open plan and nice a bright.
The staff were super helpful and the WhatsApp service is efficient and an excellent touch.
The location is not right in the centre of things but a 15min walk or €5 in a cab gets you either to the beach or to all the bars and restaurants you could want.

We loved it, will book Malibu Park again.

Excellent accommodation for all our needs. We did not find it a problem being up hill, you just adjust to it or use a taxi.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the staff are lovely  the whatsapp request is a great idea. Although up a hill, it's only a 20 min walk into the centre. There are pubs and supermarkets underneath the apartments and a couple of lovely restaurants and Aqualand is across the road.. One of the nicest pool areas and T who works in the pool bar is great,  . We had a one bedroom apartment that had absolutely everything we needed. Its a very relaxed and chilled out place. Had a late check in and the gentleman on reception was very nice and even walked us to our room so that we would know where to go.We will definitely be back, highly recommend, five stars.

First night in the hotel, just wow! For the money we spent the hotel was above my expectations. We have everything except a dishwasher, we have washer machine, microwave, coffee machine, hoover, x2 40" smart flatscreens, chandler fans in the main room and bedroom, iron with ironing board, the balcony is massive, plenty of room. you could practically move in for a resident. The young lady on the desk was very helpful. She has took the time to explain all about the hotel including the security barriers which gives a very safe feeling to the hotel. 7 more days to go so if anything unexpected happens I will update. On the whole, we are very happy 😊

We have been at Malibu Park twice this year 2025.
It is a very peaceful place. Families few children.
ideal for rest and relaxation. Me favorite apartment at Tenerife Costa Adeje. It is next to aqaland. Near shops & restaurants, good location. From Malibu Park it's just a downhill walk to the main pedestrian zone. It's a bit more difficult up there. But if you don't need to go through the reception you can go through the middle door where you need a card to open the door that can't be opened without a card. You don't have to go up that big hill, it's closer and not as strenuous. The apartments are equipped with everything you need. I felt better than in my own home in the UK. When I remember or looking at the photos, amazing memories come back to me. We enjoyed the pool very much. There is a ping pong table in the bar which we enjoyed. The best slush at the bar next to the pool. The bar offers snacks and drinks and alcohol. Large TV. Park for kids with swings and slide. The environment is like in Paradise.
Everywhere orchids banana palms, palm trees, mango tree. Absolutely peace and paradise. And tenis for play.

This property is 12 minutes walk from the beach. Malibu Park Apartamentos in San Eugenio are built around a large swimming pool. Just 200 m from Aqualand Water Park, these bright and spacious apartments have terraces and free WiFi.Each of the Malibu Park apartments has a lounge with sofa bed and a kitchenette with an oven, fridge and kettle. Some of the private terraces have sea views.The Apartamentos Malibu Park’s sun terrace has free loungers. There is a children’s playground, and guests can also enjoy a game of tennis.The apartments are a 20-minute walk from San Eugenio beach.
