Just had a week here for October half-term. It is good value. The food is not amazing quality but it is OK for the money. My wife did get sick on first night. The drinks are good the lager is good quality and the cocktails are decent. It is a short 5/10 min walk to the beach which is really good for kids lots of play parks and a few restaurants. Sea warm in late October. The pools are really cold, the entertainment is loud so difficult to get an early night with little kids. It all kicks off at 10pm. Lifts are a nightmare we were on floor 4 so just walked up and down. We had friends with a baby and a pushchair on floor 14 who struggled. Little soft play was another good option when kids got too cold in pool. The water slides are really good at the back of the hotel and we did really enjoy them. The ice cream is nice as well.

Sorry forgot to leave this few months ago, we had a 5 night stay here with 2 of our grandkids, 5 and 11 years old, can honestly say this hotel was a good choice, plenty of choice on food all day, snack shop and cold drinks for the kids, lots of choices on drinks on the all inclusive and in a nice quiet and not too busy location with short stroll to lots of shops and the beach. The water slides and foam parties went down well with the grandkids and the swim up bar in the pool was well stocked, kids enjoyed the entertainment and the games room wasn't too bad. Overall a good place to bring your family to.

I wouldn’t even give this hotel a one star but had to so I could do my review.
Where do I start, on arrival to the hotel we booked in and we asked for lower level room on the holiday booking due to youngest being autistic and climbs got put on the 15th floor and even explained to the person on the desk and just got looked out.
Hotel is out dated and photos on the holiday sites are old, rooms are out dated and the sliding doors you have to lift them up to open them, we had to move all the chairs on the balcony away from the side.
You would be waiting a long time for the lifts as there was always one lift out of service in every block.
The food was the same every night and always cold.
The smell coming from the bathrooms in the rooms was disgusting it made you want to be sick and we was not the only person that had it.
The lifeguards around the pool and on the slides are rude and not watching the people in the pool. One lifeguard on the day we arrived called my oldest daughter fat and the manager and leisure manager both said he didn’t, when I had four other children alone with their parents say they heard him, and they would always be on their phones.
The staff are rude and even the staff on the front desk, when we was leaving the bloke on the desk wasn’t going to give me my deposit back for the safe cause the lady who gave me the key didn’t give me a receipt.
The entertainment was the same dance routines but didn’t themes and it starts at 9pm then again at 10pm and don’t finish till 12am.

The only good thing about the hotel was our cleaner we had, she was a lovely lady and would put my youngest daughters teddies to bed.

Omg absolutely loved it here at Magic Tropical Splash, we went with 2 boys aged 9 and 6, had so much to do there with the slides and big pool, plus the kids play areas with football included, also included is the mini clubs and even a games room.

The range of food is great, food for even the fussy eaters, different themed food all week from Mexican, Caribbean, American but different one each evening.

Yes the rooms are slightly outdated but for how long u are in them for, it's really not a problem, u get a small kitchen area which is great, bed are comfy and very spacious.

Entertainment in evening is good, runs a little bit late but could watch from out balcony as only on floor 3 tower 2 so had a good view.

The only 1 problem we had is that we had a midnight flight home and wasn't accompanied a room for longer as fully booked, would be good for people who has a very late flight to have a room for longer and by boys very bored that last night.

Really disappointing. It's the first time taking my children  abroad. The hotel is tired in places. The lifts to the towers are absolutely diabolical you have to wait ages, the food is shocking its cold not cooked well pretty much the same items daily. The pools are freezing. The kids can only use inflatables in the deepest pool so if they cannot swim its dangerous. No balls allowed in the shallower parts. Sunbeds are filthy, entertainment absolutely shocking. I wouldn't come again if free. The kids weren't impressed so that tells you alot.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and just booked again for may 2026 Our granddaughter came with us both times and she loved everything at the hotel . Her mum, dad and younger sister are coming with us next may. Staff were very helpful. Entertainment was really good. The pool was cold but that was our only gripe. Looking forward to going back there.
