Had an amzing stay at Mabrouk! Already making plans to return.
From the moment i walked in was greeted by Farah, check in was very smooth and efficient, The Night Team member Mohammad was super friendly and helpful at all times.
Also the morning team member Naila was also lovely and smiling.
Didn't get everyone's names but you made our stay amazing.

While the service staff and the quality/price of the food were commendable, the appalling condition of the rooms and the unacceptable behavior of the security personnel make it very difficult to recommend this hotel. Serious action needs to be taken regarding the room maintenance and the professionalism of the entry security.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Mabrouk. The atmosphere is vibrant, with great animation, delicious drinks, and the option to enjoy hookah in a very relaxing setting. What made my stay truly special was the exceptional service. The manager, Tarik, is one of the most professional and polite people I have met. He goes out of his way to make sure every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. His kindness and attention to detail truly make a difference.
I highly recommend Hotel Mabrouk to anyone looking for a place with great vibes, excellent service, and a manager who genuinely cares about his guests.

The staff force you to pay cash or direct you to use the pay to use cash machine. And then suddenly hey we do take card if you refuse them enough. Buy over all if it wasn't for the attitude of staff I belive this place would be great.

Took more than half to get the bill. Made me tap my card 10 times as the card machine wasnt working and have now checked and been charged twice. Asked them to make sure i havent been charged more than once. Dont worry brother this will never happen’

Food was standard at best.

Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Mabrouk Agadir did not meet my expectations. While the hotel looks appealing in photos, the reality was quite different. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and a musty smell. Some of the facilities felt outdated or poorly maintained.

Service was also inconsistent—staff were not very responsive, and requests took a long time to be handled. The noise levels at night were very high, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep, especially with music playing late into the evening.

Overall, I felt the hotel focused more on style than substance. For the price, I expected better service, cleaner rooms, and a more comfortable experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.
