Can't fault this place at all for what it is. That being "budget" Was on a lads stag doo holiday with 16 other guys. Was thinking the worst after reading some reviews but found our stay and the rooms absolutely fine. Its a budget hotel not the ritiz but thats what we expected. It had all we needed, lots of towels, bedding, fridge, microwave and safe. Rooms were absolutely fine, nice shower, no noise, you're near the strip and bars. Staff were lovely. Food was excellent. The pool was great. Balconys in the rooms were good too. Reception is now open to 2am.
Im not sure what some who have written other reviews expected. Its served our purpose excellently as a cheap place to crash after a nights out drinking and i'd highly recommend as a place for a cheap stay on a lads holiday! Or if you're happy with basic but cheap.

Great location no more than 10 minutes away from the main strip. With good bars around it. Service was fantastic. Breakfast was unreal and just an all round pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again! Not the ritz but for a budget hotel it was far better than expected. Many thanks for the hospitality.

Do you know what, we went on a stag do with a lot of people and it wasn’t the worst. There’s obviously better but it’s a budget hotel, you get what you expect. You’re already going to Benidorm that’s already a budget location. One thing I have to say the ladies who run the cafe downstairs are separate to the hotel, the bar and people who run that are lovely. They really make some good food! Please keep that in mind that they are separate from the hotel, give them a lot of love because they are all angels, always willing to help. All in all the rooms are just bang average it is what it is. However if you want a place to get you through the nights try the bar it’s brilliant.

Travelled solo as a base to explore for long term rent in area. For me it was fine, yes its dated in some areas but clean and found staff to be very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for me away from the busier area but enough bars and restaurants. 15 min walk to beach indoor and outdoor markets. The kitchen had enough to get you by for basic cooking and If self catering theres Lidl 5 mins away. Balcony overlooks carpark away from noisy road and a fair size. The small restaurant on site is managed by a lovely English Couple who are so lovely and friendly also, serving breakfast and light lunches. I chose to have the small breakfast with tea at 6.50 euros which was more than enough for me and cooked to perfection. The pool was clean but didn't go in as weather wasn't warm enough for me, I need it to be scorching 😀 ( only mid may) The sun shone around whole pool most of the day, except first thing in morning. There were a few small male groups staying here, whether stag or just lads holiday. However, I didn't experience any noise or disturbances. For what I paid I didnt expect too much more really. Im already looking to book again. If you want to go more up market, theres loads more than enough hotels but you pay the price. I wouldnt really say this is somewhere for a young family when I went but no sure if they plan activities during high season. If you want quiet relaxing place then this is for you. Although, the main strip is only 15 mins walk away.

This has got to be the worst hotel in Benidorm! When we arrived they took a 200 Euro deposit, we wasn’t informed of this and came as a bit of shock considering we are a couple staying for 2 nights. The rooms were disgusting, no air con only in the managers office (should be in all rooms especially in the summer months), the WiFi only works in the bar area (2.50 for a can of pop!) Lidl over the road was cheaper for a pack of 6, the bar area is extremely hot and unbearable to sit in,  the lifts are also extremely hot and you can’t have more then 3 people in it (normally use stairs but we were on floor 10). The swimming pool is unclean and the area surrounding it is too, the sunbeds are either broken or very stained. In the managers office it is also the reception and they have a lovely TV that shows beautiful rooms (clearly not of this hotel).

As for our room this was horrendous, I didn’t see any cleaners. The bathroom was dirty, the bath was supposed to be White but was brown and had black marks and was extremely scratched, you feel dirty after the shower, the bathroom leaked as it is a low bath and the shower is too high so the door gets wet at the bottom and has started to rot! The toilet doesn’t flush properly. The beds were uncomfortable and due to no air con and the heat it was also hot and not much sleep was had! The sofas were absolutely disgusting they had stains (I wouldn’t like to guess but they were white stains on blue sofas) the smell from all rooms was horrible. And if you want to chill before going out watching the TV I wouldn’t bother it’s tiny and doesn’t work. The only good thing was the balcony.

Charging a 200 euro deposit in rooms that aren’t even that good is taking the mic.

This hotel is the Solana of Benidorm and I would avoid like the plague, I wouldn’t be surprised if this hotel makes someone very poorly, good job there’s hospital across the round.

I’m grateful we only stayed for 2 nights as otherwise we would have gone elsewhere.
