I spent one pleasant week in late October at L'oceanica
Even if the family oriented hotel is a budget one, most of the 5 stars features are offered, just the quality is 4 stars according
People who were in premium 5 stars   hotels can tell immediately the difference. However the price - value ratio was fine in my case
In general the staff is attentive, very friendly and accommodating. Especially the front desk ladies Yagmur and Cholpon were very curteous and strived to address my requests
The hotel has no beach front, it takes a 2-3 min walk to the private, generous and well maintained beach ( the beach boy did an excellent job!)
A volleyball field is available but oddly located and not maintained.
Beach bar opens only at 10
The underground  fitness room is reasonably equipped but investments are due to make it attractive
Do not recommend the economy room: awful even for 1 night!
The rest type are chic and spacious enough but not sound proof. TV signal quite unstable on western channels
Food is reasonable and varied enough per meal but mostly repetitive  each day. Lamb meat was scarce. Patisserie could be tastier and more varied
The restaurant personnel isn't sufficiently trained, being tired (end of season) and partially absent
Evening animation was still on but poor. Unfortunately besides that, not much one could do,  for the lobby is tiny, no late bar area (one single bar that closes at 23 and all drinks get served in plastic glasses...) and no alternatives in or outside the hotel- besides promenade walks
Tourists are 99% russian speaking

All in all, if expectations are rightly adjusted, a week stay off peak season can be comfortable and affordable.
However, Camyuva  remains a budget area of Kemer with very few top hotels and entertainment options

Overall we had a great experience - the hamam and massages were good, the weather was nice, pool area was calm and pretty, local cats were the cutest. Food - nothing special, but totally fine. The desserts all tasted the same to be honest, but not a problem for us.
But to be honest, the hotel rooms need to get some refreshments. The cleaning was not good, you could literally feel that someone else was in this room just few hours ago. The door panels fell off 2 times in a row and I'm thankful they didn't hit me or my baby.
But the biggest problem I had with our stay is that the hotel turned off pool heating already 3 days before our vacation ended, which was at the first place my only request with my vacation (the pool heating!). Like really.. we came here with our 4-month old and she really likes to swim, but I can't swim with her if I can't stand the coldness even myself?! Of course we asked about that and they just replied that yes, season is ending, the pool heating is turned off. Is it really that expensive to hold it in until the end of our vacation?

Good old hotel. Majority of guests are Russian. Food is medium in quality and variety. Surprisingly there is very good pizza!. The beech is nice.
I think people don't realize that by paying a little bit more they can get much much better hotel in this class of hotels. We just came here from Vonresort Golden Beach in Side and nothing is comparable.

The staff looked a little bit unhappy and burnt out. I hope they are treated well.

Hotel has a good quality of service and average price. Personal is friendly.
Food is always fresh and tasty but without delicious.
But you can find different types of food even vegetarian.
Hotel has a good beach but sunbeds are very close to each other.
It is not so comfortable.
You can take towels - deposit is 10 dollars.
WiFi works even in the room.
The hotel is compact.
You must cross a quite road when you go to beach. It is not uncomfortable.
The Spa center is comfortable. It offers a good massage.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was given a very dirty room, with stained sheets, unclean floors, and overall poor hygiene. After reporting this issue, I was offered another room, and then a third one, but unfortunately, all of them had the same unacceptable level of cleanliness.

It is unacceptable to experience such conditions, especially after requesting several changes. The lack of proper cleaning standards and attention to basic hygiene makes the stay very unpleasant.

I kindly suggest that the hotel management takes immediate action to improve their cleaning procedures and ensure that guests are welcomed in a properly maintained and sanitary environment.
