This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at during my travels! The rooms are cozy, well-equipped, and perfectly suited even for long stays. The location is super convenient, and the prices are very reasonable.

But what truly sets this place apart is the incredibly kind and responsive staff. They went above and beyond to help me in some very unusual situations - like when I had to leave for multi-day tours across Turkey, they kindly stored my things, paused the booking, and made everything seamless. That kind of care is rare and truly priceless.

They also supported me when I got sick and needed to change my reservation at the last minute - they handled everything with such understanding and speed.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, flexibility, and genuine hospitality!

We booked our accommodation via Airbnb, where the apartment was listed as “Studyo Delux Daire.” Unfortunately, we initially had some trouble finding it, since the actual building is signed as “Livia Luxury Apart Hotel.” It would definitely be helpful to include this name in the Airbnb description.

Other than that, we were completely satisfied – with the staff, the room, the cleanliness and the location. Everything was perfect. Many thanks to Pinar and the team. We’ll be happy to come back!

Livia Residence is a nice a welcoming place to stay in Antalya. The beach is at 5 minutes walk. We had an apartment with spacious room king size bed and a kitchen living with a sofa bed where my son slept. Kitchen has a gas stove  with four burners an electric grill a kettle, coffee maker,air fryer all  you need to cook and eat in are available. The hotel has a swimming pool which is open from 9am till 9pm and also you have towels available.

It was an awesome experience on our stay in this hotel.
It is perfect for family also.

Very peaceful, not noisy and fully air-conditioned. Also comes with a nice swimming pool which everyone loved. I will highly recommend these apartments. Much better than staying in big hotels we had all the facilities for us.
