Amazing option in Marbella old town. The staff is awesome, service minded, friendly, helpful. Kudos to Susana, right after we crossed the door she was helping us, giving us some tips to move around and providing a great experience.
Rooms are spacious and clean, location is superb. The description in their website and other apps like booking is exactly what you get. So, if you want a centrally located and comfy hotel, this is the place to go. It does not have a gym but you can find “Synergym” 10 mins walk from the hotel, they offer day and weekly pass (great option if you need to workout).

Go to the nearby beach “Venus” and ask Manolo to book you a Sunbed. We had a great time here. If we come back to Marbella we will for sure stay again in Hotel Lima.

Great hotel in a good area.
Very clean and modern and the staff really friendly and helpful.
My only complaint was the terrace bar was closed for 2 of the 4 nights we were staying and the other night we were asked to leave the sun beds early to make way for the concert.

Great reception people !!
Great Modern Clean Rooms
Great Location to Beach and City Center
Great Value Price
Parking Extra as in most of this area.

No problems coming back to.this Hotel Lima Again

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience. The location is perfect — close to key attractions, easy to navigate from, and ideal for both exploring the city and relaxing after a long day.

The rooms are cozy and inviting, with a warm atmosphere that makes the stay feel comfortable right from the start. Everything is clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged, which adds to the overall sense of relaxation.

The service is truly impressive. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. Whether it’s offering local recommendations, assisting with check-in, or simply greeting you with a smile, they make the experience feel personal and welcoming.

Overall, this hotel delivers a great blend of location, comfort, and outstanding service. A wonderful place to stay and one I would gladly return to.

It’s a nice hotel but my credit card was frozen due to fraudulent transactions after staying in this hotel and giving it to them in reception as a guarantee. I have not used or given out the same credit card in any other place during the trip. Cannot recommend this hotel after the experience.

The Hotel Lima in the resort of Marbella is located only 200 meters from the beaches of the Costa del Sol. Among the attractions in the area include the Harbor of Marbella, San Cristobal Park, and in the surroundings of the establishment you can visit the Plaza de Toros and the Theatre of Marbella.
The bright rooms with terrace are equipped with air conditioning, TV and safety deposit box. The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer. The most relevant service at the hotel is the restaurant with typical dishes from the region. In addition, the hotel provides laundry.
Its privileged position in the historic center allows guests to enjoy the shops, restaurants and bars. In order to visit the city center of Marbella guests can take public transport/taxi near the hotel or car and they will arrive in a few minutes.
