Things To Keep In Mind

We stayed for 3 nights at Liberty Signa and absolutely loved our experience. The hotel is big, clean, and very comfortable, with an outstanding catering service that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were kind and helpful throughout the entire hotel. A special thank you to Kaan 👏 from the Petra Restaurant — his service was exceptional, and he is truly a great credit to the hotel.

The welcome at reception was also very good. A blonde-haired lady checked us in and provided the necessary information (although a little quickly). We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a swim-up room — thank you very much for that!😍

🔴 The only downside we experienced was during checkout. Another receptionist (oval face, colored eyes, Tan) followed us outside the hotel gate and approached us angrily while we were simply putting some items in our car and planning to buy cigarettes from the market just to check what are doing. This behavior felt unnecessary and quite out of place for a hotel of this standard as we work in hospitality and we know how does it work ( we didn't have any extras or something).

Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely consider returning. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I had a truly unforgettable holiday. The hotel’s comfort, cleanliness, and facilities were far beyond my expectations. The staff were always friendly and attentive, making me feel completely at home. The food was delicious, with different flavors to enjoy every day. The animation team added so much energy and fun throughout the day, making the experience even more special. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the energy and friendly smiles of the animation team. The daytime activities were very enjoyable water games, volleyball, darts, and sports events kept us entertained without a dull moment. There are plenty of options for those who want to have fun, but never any disturbing noise or pressure to join.

The evening shows are professionally prepared and presented with a different concept every day. With live performances, dance shows, and quiet seating areas, everyone can spend time in a way that suits their own style.

What I liked the most was that those who want entertainment and those who prefer tranquility do not disturb each other. Whether you join the activities or relax in a quiet corner, both are possible. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm, peaceful, and professional.

I definitely recommend it to those who are looking for both entertainment and relaxation.

Exceptional Service and Care to a celiac from Chef Özkan

“A True Asset to Liberty Sigma”

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at Liberty Sigma, particularly from Chef Özkan.

As a celiac, I approached this holiday with very low expectations regarding dietary accommodations. I even brought my own gluten-free bread, snacks, and treats, anticipating that suitable options might be limited. However, thanks to Chef Özkan, I didn’t need to use any of them.

On the very first morning, I met Chef Özkan at the omelette station and asked whether any of the ingredients contained gluten. From that moment onwards, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure my meals were safe and enjoyable. He proactively contacted the kitchen to check ingredients, offered to prepare gluten free meals specifically for me, and always did so with kindness and enthusiasm. At no point did he make me feel like an inconvenience, on the contrary, his support made me feel welcome and well cared for.

Although guests have the option to pre-order gluten free meals through Guest Relations, I chose not to make any special requests. Even so, Chef Özkan took it upon himself to ensure I had delicious and safe meals throughout my stay.

In addition to the care provided by individual staff, I was pleased to see that the hotel has a dedicated gluten free station at breakfast. It was well stocked with gluten free bread, crackers, cornflakes, and other essentials, an excellent touch that demonstrates a thoughtful approach to dietary needs.

Beyond his culinary skills, Chef Özkan’s dedication to his colleagues was equally admirable. I often observed him assisting others in a respectful and team oriented manner. While many staff members were courteous and professional, Chef Özkan stood out for his genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile. I would also like to mention Chef Gizem, who was helpful and attentive as well.

The allergy card provided upon check in was another thoughtful measure and proved to be a useful tool for communicating my dietary restrictions to staff across the various hotel restaurants. Most staff members made the effort to consult with the kitchen before serving meals, which I greatly appreciated.

One small disappointment was the removal of an excellent gluten free cake from the patisserie later in my stay. The explanation provided was limited shelf space, and although alternative desserts were offered, gluten, lactose and sugar free, they unfortunately did not compare in taste or quality to the original. I hope this feedback is helpful for future planning.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Chef Özkan.  His dedication, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a significant impact on my experience. He is a tremendous asset to to the hotel.

Our visit to the hotel on July 23rd was truly special, and it started the moment we arrived. After lunch, we were welcomed and seated comfortably on sofas while we waited to check in. Then, incredibly, I saw Mr. Oktay! We had met him previously in Bodrum, where he was also the reservations manager. This was our third completely unexpected meeting, and seeing him again immediately filled me with confidence that we had chosen the right place. Oktay is an exceptional person, so responsive and incredible at his work. Thank you, Oktay, for making our stay unforgettable once again. My family and I are infinitely grateful for everything. Liberty Signa, is truly deserving of someone like you. I wish you all the best.

Beyond the personal connection, the hotel itself is outstanding. The rooms are amazing, new, and everything is magnificent. We've stayed in many luxury hotels (or so we thought before coming to Liberty Signa!). The hotel is huge, with many pools, restaurants, bars, leisure areas, and a wide and beautiful beach.

Our experience at the Turkish restaurant was exceptional. The staff was incredibly attentive and made our evening truly unforgettable. The food was some of the most delicious I have ever eaten. The Italian restaurant offered wonderful shows and magnificent food, served on time and fresh. The staff was very kind and polite, making for a wonderful evening. The general restaurant is large, and we always found free tables. The food is plentiful, fresh, and incredibly varied. The waiters are very kind and attentive to cleanliness and service. The pools are warm and clean, and the pool service is fast and always available. The beach bars were busy but provided fast and attentive service. The shows are conveniently located near the beach, with plenty of seating at the bar, and they were very fun. The Irish bar always had free tables where we could enjoy quality cocktails in a great atmosphere. The rooms were cleaned almost every day, and the woman who cleaned our room was very good and very kind.

I'm sure I've forgotten something, as the hotel is so big and magnificent that it's hard to describe everything. My kids especially loved the Kids club, the slides, the pools, and everything else. I don't believe anyone could come here and not be impressed. I wrote down the names of many of the people who served us, but it's been a while, so please excuse me. You were all amazing, and I hope to see you again in July!"

Turkey at its best as usual. Been around a bit and no other place usually comes close to that received in Turkey. 3rd visit in 3 different resorts all excellent.
Food, hygiene, staff friendliness, entertainment. They do treat guests like Sultans her.
Kids Club very friendly and open 10:00-23:00 which is way better than 2h morning & 2h afternoon in Egypt.
Heated pools, big pool and kids water slide heated. Comfortable swiming Late October.
23-24*C temperature was pleasant.

Very important! The 38m2 rooms are way too small to spend a week for more than 2x people. If you have kids sofa-bed was quite hard. Small rooms problems. On a + side these rooms are in the quiet area

Hotel Suggestion! When big pool closes for cleaning which happened 2-3 times in a week was very annoying! It would help if slides would open to entertain kids since pools on higher level are not heated for late October comfortable swimming.
