From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at Leonardo Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations. Our experience began with a smooth and pleasant interaction when we requested a room change. Luna handled it with such professionalism and warmth that we immediately felt valued as guests.

To our surprise, the new room was beautifully prepared with thoughtful anniversary gifts, making our special occasion even more memorable. The view from our window was simply perfect—picturesque and calming, a true highlight of our stay.

The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It is conveniently close to all the attractions we wanted to visit and just steps away from a bus stop, making it incredibly easy to explore the city without any hassle.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.

The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area and reach Puerto Portals easily.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Great service, good value for money, and a place I would definitely choose again. Highly recommended!

Recently stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time. The room / bed was comfortable, less than 10 minute walk to a perfect beach and restaurants. 15-20 minute taxi into Palma if you wanted. Quiet area. The male receptionist who was on this weekend (Saturday night / Sunday day 18-19th October) was super friendly and helpful. Came up to help out with the TV and helped with a few bits on our checkout. Would recommend !

Overall the hotel was good. It is a little tired in places but overall attractive and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The only complaints I have are:
1) The rooms are very poorly sound proofed. I sadly had a neighbour who came home at around 3am and decided to have a party which sounded like it was in my room. The hotel had provided earplugs which helped.
2) The "hot" breakfast options aren't kept warm.

I really liked how safe the building location was placed, and how easy it was to find the property. Parking was available too!
Everything was well presented and the staff were absolutely wonderful, warm and friendly. We couldn't be more thankful to the staff for the upgrade given for our wedding anniversary and we had a really lovely stay, the room was lovely and we had a lovely few nights rest. One of the staff recommended a wonderful restaurant that locals really liked too which was amazing
