We had a great stay here for 5 nights. For the price, it is better than I expected. Staff were very friendly (they even called us to ask if we want the room cleaned as we'd left the do not disturb sign on). The buffet breakfast is good, the room is clean, the pool is just fine for a swim, the pool bar is OK. Parking is good and the whole place, for the price, is good. Don't go expecting luxury. It is functional and effective for a nice base to stay at to explore the area and island

A good hotel for holidays with kids, as all the tourists were here with kids. Spacious rooms, nice garden. Ok service, ok breakfast. But the facilities are old and some furniture in the terraces are run down. The whole place needs renovation. A real minus are the parrots (lots of them) caged in a very small cage, and the ducks that are limited in a very small space with no place with shadow to avoid the scorching Cyprus sun. Not civilized border line animal cruelty.

There was no water when we checked in at 5 pm, so we left for early dinner. When we returned at 8 pm there was still NO WATER, NO TOILETS FLUSHING. We desperately wanted to shower and use the toilet but could not.
THE A/C CONTROl in the second bedroom did not work, so not only did I not have water but no a/c. All the instructions were in Russian. The worst hotel we have stayed in- ever.

The worst hotel we have ever been to. The rooms look completely different than what you see in the pictures, the rooms are old, the furniture is broken, the rooms have unpleasant smells, VERY DIRTY! IF YOU HAVE THE POSSIBILITY, DO NOT SET FOOT THERE

We had a pleasant 11 night stay here at the start of the season.  The room was clean, well equipped and housekeeping was done daily.  We had no hot water from our first night and after complaining to reception 4 times we were moved to another (better) room after 3 days.  Breakfast is varied and plentiful and served in a very pleasant restaurant with outdoor terrace.  Evening meals are not served but there are plenty of  good places to eat in Lachi and Polis

We booked this hotel and called in advance to confirm that the amenities were available, which we were assured they were. Unfortunately, during our stay, some facilities were not operational. We visited as a family with two children under 10 and tried to make the most of our time. The steam room, jacuzzi, and sauna were not working, and we were informed that they had been unavailable for over two weeks. The indoor pools were usable; however, one appeared to need maintenance and was quite cold, while the other, described as having Dead Sea water, was not clean. Bathrobes and slippers were not provided, bring your own. Towels are changed every two days, there are no dryers, and due to rain, drying them outside was not an option. The room was very cold at check-in, similar to entering a refrigerator. Overall, the hotel appears old and would benefit from general maintenance to preserve what was once good. We are sharing this review not to harm the hotel, but  to help future guests—especially families with children—be better prepared for their stay.
