Holidayed here with my family for the last 10 days.
Staff are awesome food was great and also an ample choice for our vegetarian family member.
The evening entertainment was great fun Joey and his team had us laughing singing and the acts they booked were first class.
The bedrooms were spotlessly clean and hotel’s facilities ie spa salon and restaurants were used well by our group.
The hotels location was 10 min walk” 5 if your fitter than me” to the private beach area, accross the road from a convenience store and a 10 min bus ride from the main Marmaris town centre 80 lira so cheap as chips.
Highly recommended. Five star

Currently staying in Lalila Blue Suites.  Service and staff have been exceptional,  especially Jay Jay from entertainment staff.  Kept us all busy with darts, bingo and games throughout the day.

Lastnight was traditional Turkish night along with Bingo, the night before was Karaoke and very enjoyable.  All guests get involved and sung along.

When we arrived and was given a double bed, no issues to change to a twin room as I was with my mother in law.

Food has been good and the snack bar at the pool is really good with a wide range of variety.  Normally just burgers and hotdogs in other hotels but here have pasta, pizza, fried chicken and nice salad to choose from.

Really Enjoyed our stay at lalila Blue Suites. We wanted a quiet break after getting married the saturday before.

Check in was great with 0 problems. Only thing is we didnt get asked about room upgrades as there is options for rooms with pools etc. We would have been interested in honeymoon suite but could have been booked. I did put it on our requests on arrival. We did receive a fruit basket and a bottle of red so was nice.

The hotel is very modern and immaculate all the time. The staff are brilliant and great at their job. All pleasant and willing to help. The manager is very happy and gets involved in every guest. Only one day he shouted at a towel boy because a guest had a glass drink around pool. Talk to your staff with respect the guest is in the wrong not him. The food is a high standard but it does get tiresome. Its the samething most days from breakfast-dinner. Need to bring themed nights and no doner kebabs. Which we were looking forward to the most so we ate out one night. The drinks are made quickly but the spirits are heavily watered down, its very difficult to get drunk within the hotel. Trust me i tried!! Found the wine and beer the strongest. Cocktails although nice are more like mocktails.

The pool area is great but slightly on the smaller sides so it is difficult to get sunbeds around the pool unless you come out before 7am. The hotel need to control this better as people dont come out till 11-12 before they start using them. Booking system would be better with a timing system. If a person isnt on the bed for over 2 hours. Towels should be removed. The entertainment team are great the 2 lads are brilliant, get everyone involved. Jay Jay i believe his name stands out above them all, has a good laugh with the guests and is always professional. The female is nice but for me she doesnt dress adequate for a staff member if you have to keep pulling dresses down etc your not dressed correctly. The entertainment on a night has some good nights and ok ones. I believe this to be a turkish problem rather than the hotel. I think the entertainment industry is struggling in turkey. The 3 men who sang motown were brilliant, one of the best i have seen to be honest. Then its your usual acrobatics etc which are ok but once you have seen one you have seen them all. I do feel sorry for the hotel as the guests seem to be here more for chilling which makes entertainers jobs hard. As most people dont want to get involved in things. Although the pool games are always popular.

The Spa in the hotel is amazing, at first we were hesitant as we like to do what we want, instead of being talked into booking things. We were glad we did as the deluxe experiance was amazing. We did it as a couple and thought it was amazing. 2 hours of bliss and one of the best experiance we have had so we booked the aftersun and that was equally amazing the day before we left. The indoor pool is a hidden gem, if you want a few hours out of the sun and to cool down it is amazing. Its not used much by guests so its always quiet.

Our overall experiance was brilliant with this hotel. We wouldnt return but its simply down we always go somewhere new. We will be recommending it to people though.

Lalila Blue Suites – Where Perfection Checks You In and Never Checks Out!

If I could give this hotel 6 stars, I would – and I’d probably try to move in permanently too. From the moment we arrived at Lalila Blue Suites, it felt like we’d stumbled into a dream with sunshine, cocktails, and the kind of service that makes you wonder if you’re secretly famous.

Let’s start with the shining star of the hotel – Delnia, the Guest Relations Manager. Honestly, if there were a hospitality Olympics, she’d take gold, silver, and bronze. She arranged balloons and decorations for my partner’s 40th birthday (which looked amazing), booked us into the à la carte restaurant, and checked in regularly to make sure we were having the best time – which we absolutely were. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel like the most important guest in the world.

Then there’s Mezut, the restaurant manager, who radiates joy like a human sunshine emoji. Always smiling, always laughing, and always making sure you’ve got everything you need – even things you didn’t know you needed. He made every meal feel like a celebration.

Now let’s talk about Speedy and Emre at the poolside bar – cocktail wizards and comedy duo rolled into one. Their drinks were delicious, their banter was top-tier, and while I drank cocktails all day without getting tipsy, I’m blaming the local alcohol, not their mixology skills. (Let’s just say my liver owes them a thank-you card.)

The entertainment team – Jack and Naz – were brilliant. I’m not usually one for all-day entertainment (I’m more of a “sunbathe in peace” kind of person), but they nailed it. Morning club dance? Fun. Darts at 11:30? Count me in. Then they magically remembered I wanted to be left alone to roast in the sun like a happy lizard – and they respected that. Perfection. Evening entertainment was short and sweet, with the occasional bingo night if enough people were around – low-key and lovely.

The hotel itself is immaculate. I mean, you could eat off the floors – though with the food being so good, I recommend sticking to plates. The staff work tirelessly to keep everything spotless and running smoothly. It’s clear they take pride in making your holiday as perfect as possible.

A few practical notes:

•	The pool and sunbathing area are on the smaller side, but I never had trouble finding a lounger. Pro tip: morning sun = restaurant side, afternoon sun = cabana beds side. There are also beds upstairs, and if you’re stuck, just ask – the staff will sort you out in seconds.
•	This isn’t really a family hotel – no kids’ entertainment and only a couple of children around during our stay. Great for couples or adults looking to relax.
•	The rooms are modern and comfy, with blackout curtains that could block out a solar eclipse. But if you’re like me and need pitch black to sleep, bring an eye mask – the control panel lights up like a tiny disco.
•	The food was tasty and varied, though sometimes not hot – but hey, it’s all-inclusive, and I never went hungry. Also, they have a cheese room. Yes, a whole room. For cheese. I made the most of it. My scales can confirm.

We met so many lovely people – some first-timers like us, others who’ve been coming for years. And now I get it. Lalila Blue Suites isn’t just a hotel – it’s a happy place, they are a family.  Enter as guests and leave as part of their family. We’ll definitely be back.

Extremely Disappointed – Left in Tears - Spa

I booked the Deluxe Couples Package at this spa after seeing glowing recommendations on TikTok and reading great reviews online. We even travelled from another hotel just for this experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had.

Within minutes of arriving, one of the therapists asked if I was pregnant just by looking at my stomach. She did apologize afterward, but the damage was done – I felt completely embarrassed and uncomfortable for the rest of the session. It’s not something anyone wants to hear in a place that’s supposed to help you feel relaxed and confident.

Things didn’t improve. We were told the face mask would stay on for 7 minutes, but we were left alone in the room for 25 minutes. I actually got up to check because I thought they’d forgotten about us – I found the therapists sitting in the changing area on their phones. For a treatment that was supposed to last 2 full hours, a good portion of it was wasted waiting in silence.

The massage itself also crossed a line. The therapist mounted my husband’s back, straddling him without asking or explaining beforehand. He felt extremely uncomfortable, and it was completely inappropriate – something we’ve never experienced in any professional massage before.

We paid £120 in cash for this, expecting a luxury experience, but left feeling upset, disappointed, and uncomfortable. I really wanted to love this place, but sadly, I can’t recommend it based on what we experienced.
