As always I'll try to be very neutral. I gave 3 stars as in my opinion was very average hotel. Few good things few bad. So.
Location is OK, around 5-7 minutes steady walk to the beach. 6 minutes by bus to the town centre. Ticket cost 30 liras which was around 55p. Taxi driver was trying to charge me and Mrs 800 liras which was around £15. Hotel is quiet. Room service if you request is just ok. Mirrors hasn't been clean, toilet just flushed, balcony never touched. About the rooms... this is where we was extremely disappointed.  They don't looks like on Jet2 holidays website. Double bed with 2 small bedside. Wardrobe extremely small. Not enough space for the luggage. Ours bags has been on next to the front doors. So if you are travelling with small child please be aware that you will get same room with extra mini cod for the baby. I've been witness of few complains about the sizes of rooms. Food, surprisingly good. Breakfast everyday the same but was ok for a quick morning snack. If you are willing to order in example English breakfast you will need to pay for it but was worth it. During the check in we has been told to pay for A/C. Its £6 per day so that will add up to the bill. Drinks.... omg! Be careful guys. Please pay straight away for your drinks otherwise the bill by the end of the day will be very high, there will be lots of extra items on it. They try few times with us, saying that we has to pay for 3 efes which we never ordered. After challenging them they remove all extra items but they lost the trust. Swimming pool is small but big enough to enjoy the stay. Around the pool area was few empty plastic cups which never been cleaned. Entertainment team.... please do not bring kind in the evening shows. The guys cannot dance and the pretend to "f...." everything around. They are very sexist, after a 2-3 evenings we decided to go to different places for the shows. Wednesday BBQ night... cost you £17 per person with east as much you can but after just over an hour they start cleaning the tables... We had some small starters and a drink (extra charge for a drink) and we had not enough time to grab some proper course.  So please think twice if it's worth it. Wifi is i believe £35 for a week. We had an esim cards so we didnt need to pay for the wifi dongle. The hotel stay was nearly a £1000 for both of us, bed and breakfast, for 9 nights.
So overall I've decided give 3 starts. I don't know is it worth it recommended this hotel. We most likely will choose something else next time. Thank you.

Great location. Nice staff. My room had phlegm and blood on it the entire stay even though they provided room service every day we stayed.

We had a twin room which was adequate but a bit on the small side. Fridge opened onto the bottom of one of the beds. Service was fantastic, was always clean, good and drink reasonable priced. under 10 mins walk to Blue Port and Armutalan. will definitely return

beautiful hotel, staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome, rooms clean and cleaners be around everyday , entertainment is really good and the pool is really nice and clean aswell, highly recommend this beautiful hotel

Overall really good however nighttime entertainment leaves much to be desired as it it quite repetitive and the breakfast needs an overhaul. Other then that it's great
