Decent location, close to beach and shops (including supermarket which was useful) tram link are a 5min walk away. Staff were friendly (J. Andres Lopez front desk was very helpful) overall good stay. Would return.

Very clean...but..one poor quality pillow..only one hard chair in room..very small balcony..lift took forever to arrive..the photos on website must have been taken years ago ! Bar was small with no comfortable seating and reception staff had to come serve.
Certainly would not return.
The only good thing was the 2 male reception staff were very good and friendly.

The reception  staff were very rude and lack basic grey cells.

The hotel overall was very nice and the beach is 2 blocks away.

The high floors have a great view. The breakfast was basic and good.

Very quiet neighborhood. Room are a little outdated but for the price they are ok. Friendly staff. For the beach you need to go way down the steps, for that one star less.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The price & location were ideal.
The hotel is easy to get to and there is a parking facility for a small cost.
The hotel staff were welcoming and check in was easy.
The room itself was spacious and clean,although I was disappointed that it didn't have tea/coffee making facilities.
The mini bar was empty but the fridge was useful to keep our water cold.
The beds were comfortable but we would have appreciated some extra pillows.
There was a view of the sea although it was mostly obscured by buildings.
Breakfast was a cold buffet style that was fresh & plentiful.
The hotel is well located for the sea front and also the many restaurants and bars.
We have no complaints and had a pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay in El Campello. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked clean.
