I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Its location is a major advantage—right on the first coastline, with quick and scenic access to the sea. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and friendly. When we discovered an issue with our room, they changed it for us without any hassle. A special thank you to the wonderful Eylül, who took the time every day to ask about our experience and was always happy to help or offer recommendations. She was truly the highlight of our stay at this hotel.

Massimo Hotel and Beach Club was absolutely incredible ! Ahmet and every team member was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we had an exceptional experience.

The beach views are breathtaking and create the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to the scenic coastline and spending time at the beach club was truly a highlight of the trip.

The food was also outstanding fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every meal exceeded my expectations, and there were plenty of great options to choose from.

I highly recommend Massimo Hotel and Beach Club to anyone looking for excellent service, stunning views, and amazing food. I can’t wait to return! 🌊☀️🍽️

I was really disappointed with our stay at Massimo Antalya. There were several issues throughout our visit that made it fall well below expectations.

One of the first things we noticed was that the TVs in our room didn’t work at all, which was frustrating, especially during the World Cup. The hotel didn’t have a proper TV setup for guests either, so we ended up watching matches on a projector screen, which felt like a poor substitute for what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard.

The room itself had multiple problems. The shower flooded every time it was used, leaving water all over the bathroom floor. On top of that, the cleaners were extremely noisy every morning, making it impossible to get a proper rest.

The biggest issue with service was around the pool. There was no poolside service at all, which was very inconvenient. We had to go all the way down from the rooftop pool to the bottom floor just to order drinks or food, which completely took away from the relaxing experience you’d expect.

The rooms were also much smaller than they appeared in the photos and didn’t match what was advertised. The room telephone didn’t work, meaning we couldn’t call reception to request simple items such as an iron.

Breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options available during our stay. The on-site gym is barely a gym at all and doesn’t resemble the facilities shown online.

The pool area itself needs improvement too. There were never enough towels available, several sunbeds were visibly dirty, and there weren’t enough umbrellas for guests wanting shade.

Overall, this hotel has potential, but it needs significant improvements to its customer service, maintenance, cleanliness and organisation before I would consider staying again.j

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Massimo Antalya. The experience fell severely short of the advertised standards, with poor maintenance, disorganised facilities, and confrontational customer service.

The issues began with the accommodations themselves, which were significantly sub quality than depicted in the booking materials. There was a heavy smell of smoke, and cigarette burns, with a smell of what I can only describe as a wet mop.

The daily housekeeping was also inadequate; our rooms were not cleaned properly, leaving us with a space that fell well below standard hotel hygiene expectations.

The lack organisation also extended to our departure, with housekeeping aggressively knocking on our door to demand we vacate at 11:00, despite the official checkout time being 12:00.

The customer service across the property was consistently abysmal, particularly at the beach club where staff were outright unwelcoming. Ordering food was a chaotic ordeal; on one occasion, our meal never arrived, yet we were still billed for it. Rather than apologizing, the staff actively argued with us, bizarrely debating that our requested chips were actually “fries.”

The pool area fared no better, plagued by visibly dirty sunbeds with bird droppings. a constant shortage of towels, and insufficient umbrellas for shade.

Finally, the pricing requires a complete overhaul - overpriced drinks and food. Menus throughout the venue are drastically overpriced for the subpar quality delivered, and the lift system is unnecessarily convoluted. While the property holds geographic potential, the persistent issues with maintenance, basic cleanliness, safety, and hostile service ensure I will not consider returning.

I booked a standard room on the first floor. No sea views but this was clearly stated before I made the booking. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is the usual fare of assorted fruit, vegetables, cheeses, yoghurt, honey and hot breakfast dishes. There are no irons in the room or toothpaste, however the rooms are good value for money and clean. There is a section outside the hotel where you can sit and enjoy the sea views (fantastic) and order a drink or coffee. You can also access the beach via a lift. My only grip was my room - it looked on to a walkway so limited privacy unless I shut my curtains as nothing stopped anyone from peering directly into the room. Other than that I had a truly relaxing time there.
