It was one of the scariest experiences of my life, and we came dangerously close to losing our lives.
There was a chlorine leak in the hotel, and the evacuation was handled in a completely unprofessional way. The alarm never went off, and we weren’t notified on time, which left us struggling to breathe and eventually in the hospital. Because of this, our holiday was completely ruined.

PS. You and I both know that what I am stating is true. My goal through multiple reviews is to draw attention to the situation we have found ourselves in and to ensure that the message reaches as many people as possible. After some time has passed and impressions have settled, I am presenting only the facts, without any hatred or resentment. I have no intention of offending you, but rather to point out areas for improvement.

Our stay at this hotel was simply amazing from start to finish.
Location: The hotel is right on the seafront with its own private beach, which is peaceful, uncrowded, and always spotless. The water is crystal clear, calm, and pleasantly warm – you can walk straight in without having to ease yourself in gradually.

Cleanliness & Organization: Cleanliness is at the highest level, both on the beach and throughout the hotel. The organization is flawless – to have your room cleaned, you simply leave the green card on your door.

Accommodation: Even though we arrived at 8 a.m. (check-in is at 2 p.m.), our room was ready by 10 a.m. The staff kindly brought our luggage up to the room – a thoughtful gesture after a long journey. They also made my birthday extra special by leaving a plate of fresh fruit and a birthday card in the room.

Food & Restaurant: There is plenty of seating on the terraces and in the restaurant, so even when all guests dine at the same time, it never feels crowded. The food is delicious and varied.

Entertainment: Every evening at 9 p.m., there is great entertainment with an interesting program. The animation team makes a real effort to involve guests in the performances.

Safety: Security is outstanding. There are guards stationed 24/7 at both entrances, and even the beach is equipped with security cameras. You can fully relax without worrying about your belongings being stolen.

Staff: All the staff members are hardworking, friendly, and always available to help.

Conclusion: Choose this hotel and you won’t need to spend an extra euro on anything – unless you want to buy a souvenir, some clothes, or go on a boat tour or to the hammam. A truly perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

I stayed here for one week in July, and here’s my honest review.
We arrived and checked in without any problems. The room was nice, with a fridge and a safe. We also liked the bathroom and toilet.

When we were checking in, a hotel employee escorted us and was clearly expecting a “gift” — by the end, he even asked for it directly.

We checked in around 4 PM and wanted to quickly see and swim in the sea.
We were given cards for towels, which had to be collected in the basement where they do massages.
When we went downstairs, the staff greeted us and at first seemed friendly and kind. But then they started pushing their massage services on us like crazy. For 15–20 minutes, they tried hard to sell us massages that we absolutely didn’t care about — we had just arrived and wanted to see the sea.
They finally left us alone, but after that I never went downstairs for towels again because of that staff.

The sea and the beach are very beautiful. The water is crystal clear, the beaches are well maintained, the sunbeds are good, and there’s no trash anywhere.

As for the food — if you’re expecting anything “wow,” then no. Unfortunately, it’s the same thing every day. There’s no variety at all.
The bar didn’t impress me either.
All the alcoholic drinks were of very low quality.
And it’s unclear why there’s a beach bar where everything is for an extra fee — logically, no one’s going to pay for a beer when you can walk 20 meters and get one for free, so that bar is basically just for show and nobody orders anything there.

The hotel’s location is excellent — right on the first line, directly in the city center.
Overall, if you’re not too picky about food and don’t care about bar drinks, this is quite a good hotel for the price.

I recently spent a wonderful 15 days at Hotel l'Ancora Beach in Kemer, Turkey.  Overall, it was an excellent experience. The rooms were a decent size and cleaned daily, which was much appreciated.  The food was a real highlight, with a great variety at every meal.  Lunch and dinner always included grilled options like fish, chicken, hamburgers, and vegetables, plus a good selection of breads, pastries, and salads.  The ice cream was a welcome treat too!  The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.  The entertainment was also enjoyable, with a great DJ playing good music.  A special shout-out to the reception team, the chefs, the waiters, Ibrahim the bartender, Ahmed, and everyone else who made our stay so memorable. The hotel is exactly for its 4 stars. First line, own beach (Pebbles and a lot of people). The food is not bad, not Michelin cuisine, but everything is edible, no one has been poisoned. The rooms are also not perfect, but they have everything, the furniture and linen are clean. WiFi is average. Economy rooms, with windows only to the corridor. Animations for children, no hard parties for adults, quiet and calm. If it's not overpriced, it's not a bad quiet hotel on the first line.

Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions, shops, and restaurants — everything is just a short walk away.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. It really made a difference in the overall experience.

The food was great, with a good variety of options and everything tasting fresh and well-prepared. I especially appreciated the quality of the lunch and dinner.
