Beautiful place, service are top, clean.. If youbdrop something on the floor in les the 5 minutes someone's come and clean it. Is not what 4 stars as you usually aspect, need a little bit of improvement in the rooms. Towels are change at 2 days, room are clean each day. Food... Just wow... I stayed 7 days and was different each day. The only one thing..that i was not happy.. Wifi is not free 😑, except on the reception area... Come one guys, is 2026..everything is online now.. Lovely stuff, smile every time you you to ask something, even if they where tired after 8 hours in the heat.Much respect for them 🥰. You have 3 pools, one with water slides that are lot of funs, bars woth drinks and a snack bar.  Thank you for the lovely experience. 😍

Upon arrival we've been met with the warmest welcome after long travel! Offered breakfast even before our check-in which I find absolute excellent way to treat new early morning visitors! 👌
It might not be exactly 4* in your sense from where you might be coming from but we didn't have any problem with the hotel or it's staff!
Rooms were cleaned, food was delicious for the most part. The toaster wasn't working one morning, it's not end of the world, there's always huge selection of other options!
There's a barber and ladies hair and nail shop in the lobby. As well as massage, spa parleur which I highly recommend if your skin needs peeling before sun tanning even begin! Highly skilled professionals will do excellent job!
ON OUR LAST DAY, WE HAVE BEEN OFFERED LUNCH BOXES, which I think is another excellent choice by the management, and it makes big difference especially for families with bunch of hungry kids! 5* 👏
Only one thing arose as a problem and it was the following morning where we were called from reception phone - guy introduced himself as our travel agency as well as transfer company agent, offering us local tours and activities! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO FALL FOR THIS AS IT'S PROBABLY SOME KIND OF SCAM, because the prices are over 200% more expensive than travel agency literally behind the hotel!

We spent almost a week in the hotel.
It's really close to the beach, 4-5 minutes by foot.
The food is pretty good - many types for every meal and they are delicious.
The staff are really nice, Yusuf (bellman/carrier /receptionist) is one of the most kindest man I've ever met.
If you have any issue, they are there to resolve.

The room is okay, nothing fancy, but we were there only to sleep; the bed is fine.
The AC works well, the towels (for in the hotel usage only) are changed every second day, bedsheets are changed every third day.

WiFi is free in the hall. You have to pay separately if you want to use it in your room.

Big negative: Massage gang.
When we got there, we received a coupon at the reception with which one could theoretically get a free 15 minute massage (within 24 hours after the arrival). The massage staff are aggressive and rude. They utterly harass the people in the hall to get them pay for their services. For my girlfriend the free massage lasted for 8 minutes, I personally didn't get mine - the dude started to "massage" me in the hallway in front of the counter. He didn't say anything, just stepped to my back and started to press my shoulders. It was humiliating and really upsetting. When I told him to stop this immediately, he was huffy (!).
They handle the beach towels as well. You get one towel for one euro with the card given at the reception.
When I wanted to give him eurocents, he started to laugh, was mocking me and asked where I come from to have this kind of funny money - which he then didn't accept.

Overall the hotel is good, it's a shame this gang is there to ruin people's days.

The food is terrible.  When you have to take the food have to waiting on the queue 20-30 minutes.  We  booked this hotel for 10 days and    In 1 day  they have chicken grilled I waiting on the queue 20 minutes and when I take the chicken grilled the chicken wasn’t cooked well

We have all inclusive but when I ask for bottle of water they said I have to pay 1€. Just the water tap is free and they give mini plastic cup to take the water

For WiFi you have to pay I didn’t ask how much.  They give free WiFi just on the lounge area but there not working because everyone stay on the lounge on the WiFi

If you want the safe on the room to keep some money or passport to feel safe. You have to pay extra 20€ for safe

After 22:00pm on the terrace they switched off the light you can’t drink any beer.   They have just beer and some wine for free

First two days the air con not working and in the room was 39° was terrible   I complained and they come at 12 on the night to check the problem.  And next day they replaced and then was ok.  The room for this hotel is maxim 2 stars. Cleaning in the room 2 stars maxim

NO Recommend this hotel.  We have bad experience

The rooms were spacious and quiet with a nice view.
The food was varied and tasty; I would have appreciated more beef dishes.
The hotel was quiet even with many guests, the music was pleasant and ended at 11 PM, so it did not disturb us at night. The children really enjoyed the water slides.
