I have stayed in many hotels in Türkiye, from 3-star to 5-star, and I can confidently say that this hotel does not feel like a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, it is more like a 3-star hotel.

As for advantages:
- The location is very convenient.
- The hotel has a relatively fresh renovation.
- The biggest advantage is definitely the staff. They are the people who maintain the hotel’s reputation. You can truly see how hard they work and how genuinely they want to help guests. Throughout our entire stay, we saw the same employees every single day. Do these people even have days off? They always looked exhausted, yet they remained kind, professional, and willing to help.

Disadvantages:
- The food is quite repetitive, with a very limited choice of meat dishes and dishes in general. Also, the watered-down alcohol was disappointing.
- The rooms were cleaned well, but something strange was going on with the replacement of shampoo and shower gel. It often felt like the hotel was trying to save money on every little thing.
- Wi-Fi was available only for an extra charge. For a hotel that advertises itself as 4 stars, this was quite disappointing.
- It was unusual that there were no beach towels available with a card system, as many hotels provide.
- We were given only one room key for three people, which meant we constantly had to figure out who would keep the key and how to pass it to each other. Usually, hotels provide at least two keys.
- The elevators are old, and we had a frightening experience when the elevator we were in suddenly dropped from the ground floor to level -1. Fortunately, no one was injured, but it was a very unpleasant experience and raised concerns about the elevators’ condition.
- The hotel has no entertainment program at all. The only entertainment was music by the pool.

Overall, if this hotel were advertised as a 3-star hotel, I would have no complaints. However, since it is presented as a 4-star hotel, there are definitely some things that do not meet the expected standard.

Thank you to everyone who worked hard to make our holiday better. And to the hotel owners—I hope this review gives you something to think about and improve in the future.

Hotel Review

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had an okay experience, but there were a few things that stood out.

When we arrived, we noticed that our room had two separate beds instead of one bed for me and my husband. We asked if it was possible to change rooms, and I have to say the staff handled this quite easily and gave us another room without much hassle, which we appreciated. Altough the room is quite small.

The food was decent and acceptable, but nothing particularly memorable. One thing that was disappointing was the very short meal times. In some cases, meals were only available for about 1.5 hours, which felt quite limited for an all inclusive hotel. There were also a few occasions where certain food items had already run out. Another thing we noticed was that food started being cleared away around 5 to 10 minutes before the official closing time, which made guests feel rushed if they arrived towards the end of service.

The drinks were another disappointment. The all inclusive drinks were served in very small cups, meaning you had to keep going back for refills. We also tried some of the cocktails that required an additional payment, but unfortunately they tasted very watered down and did not feel worth the extra cost.

The WiFi situation was also frustrating. Having to pay extra for WiFi already felt disappointing. In our first room on the fourth floor, the connection was reasonably okay. However, after moving rooms, the WiFi became very poor and was often too weak to even watch YouTube properly.

What I missed most during our stay was the atmosphere. The service was not bad, but I expected a bit more hospitality, friendliness, and enthusiasm from the staff. A warm and welcoming attitude can make a huge difference in the overall experience.

Overall, the hotel has some positives, especially the willingness to help us change rooms, but there are definitely areas that could be improved, particularly the meal schedules, drink quality, WiFi, and overall guest experience. I would describe it as an average stay with both good and disappointing aspects. Would not come back

A beautiful and peaceful hotel, perfect for a family retreat. The atmosphere is quiet and safe. We especially enjoyed the lovely gardens and the high-quality food. It's a great place to spend quality time with your loved ones. We will definitely be coming back!❤️❤️

We had a wonderful family vacation. The hotel is very clean, and the family suites are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping team does a great job. What truly made our stay special was the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
