Stayed here last week all inclusive and really enjoyed it , staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble .
Location is brilliant as your right on the beach , or it a little walk or short taxi drive into the town centre if you want too .

Food has a variety for everyone, so you will always find something to eat !

Turkish bath and massage on lower floor is a must , was an amazing experience for both me and my partner ( helped her with her back trouble )
We would definitely stay there again and are in the process of booking again for a week next year .

The hotel itself is okay. Apart from the fact our aircon was leaking all over our balcony so we couldn’t really use it as it was so small anyway. No honeymoon decoration like we were promised, probably because we didn’t pay extra! The rooms are nice but tv doesn’t work only 3 channels in Turkish. Bathroom was outdated and tiny shower.

The food was the worst part for us! We had to eat out every single day. If you want the same food everyday consisting of cold chicken nuggets left out for 4 hours after cooking and being served again at dinner this place is for you. Only other things are salad and strange sausages mixed in with yoghurt! We got home yesterday and have been throwing up and have diarrhoea and cramps after eating breakfast here before we left.

Drinks don’t taste anything like the proper thing. I think we had 2 rounds of drinks there and gave up. There is also no entertainment. Overall the pool is lovely and it’s a quiet hotel which is nice for couples however if it wasn’t for so many different fun activities to do I think we’d have cut our losses and gone home early. It’s a shame the hotel let us down on such an important holiday for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is perfectly located in the center, close to all the main attractions. The food is truly amazing — so tasty and with plenty of choices — and everything is spotless and well kept. The staff are exceptionally friendly and kind, always ready to help and make us feel at home. We’ve stayed here multiple times and we’ll certainly come back again in the future!

Kleopatra Life Hotel – Our Experience

We stayed at Kleopatra Life Hotel, advertised as a 4-star hotel in Turkey, but in reality, it’s more like a maximum 3-star. There were a few good things, but mostly negative experiences.

Positive points

The hotel was clean.

The beach is very close.

Negative points

There is no air conditioning in the hallways. As soon as you step out of your room, it feels unbearably hot. The same applies to the restaurant, reception, and other common areas.

Cats are roaming freely inside the hotel, even in the restaurant. I don’t find this hygienic. If you have cat allergies, you should bring your medication.

The rooms are very small. A bigger adult can hardly fit into the shower cabin.

The food was terrible. Mostly salad, tomatoes, tasteless cheese, cheap cold cuts. For main dishes there are only 1–2 options, and if you don’t like them, you’re left to find food elsewhere. Leftovers are served again the next day. The quality of the ingredients is the cheapest possible, everything is bland and monotonous.

The glasses are very small, so you constantly need to go back for drinks. If you ask for a bigger glass, they refuse, and if you ask for drinks for more people, they don’t serve you.

The pool is very small and all sunbeds are taken by 6 a.m., so it’s almost impossible to find a spot.

We even got food poisoning (we didn’t eat anywhere else before), and were stuck in the hotel for 1.5 days. After that, we didn’t eat in the hotel anymore.

The “all inclusive” drinks only include beer, vodka, wine, gin, and a kind of homemade raki. Anything else costs €10. Coffee is just cheap machine coffee, and if you want Turkish coffee, that’s €2.

No free Wi-Fi. If you want Wi-Fi, it’s €2 per device per day, which I’ve never seen anywhere else.

The waiters almost never smile, and if you’re not Turkish, you don’t feel very welcome (with a few exceptions).

Cleaning takes a very long time.

Don’t drop your towel on the floor if you want it changed (like in most hotels), because here they fine you and you have to pay for it.

Many things are advertised as free, but in reality, you have to pay extra.

Conclusion

We did not like this hotel at all and would not recommend it to anyone, especially not with the all-inclusive option, since only half of what you expect is really included.

We had such a wonderful time during our holiday at Hotel Kleopatra Life in Turkey! 🌞

The location is just perfect – almost right on the beach. The rooms are beautiful, the food was delicious, the beer was great, and the pool was always sparkling clean. We also really appreciated having air conditioning in the room, which made our stay even more comfortable.

But what truly made our holiday special were the amazing people working at the hotel. A huge thank you to Ismail, Surxay, and Erkan – you work incredibly hard, always with professionalism and such a friendly attitude towards guests. And we must add: Erkan is such a beautiful young lady – she reminded us of someone, maybe even an actress, but we still can’t figure out who.

A little message to the hotel owner: before COVID, I ran a gastro business, so I know how difficult it is to find reliable and hardworking employees. Please take good care of your wonderful staff and make sure they never leave your hotel – they are your biggest treasure!

Of course, our compliments go to the rest of the team as well – from the housekeeping staff who left a beautiful decoration in our room, to all the waiters and the kitchen crew. Everyone played a part in making our stay truly enjoyable.

I stayed here overnight at room 215 with amazing Seaview and balcony. Recipient spoke Russian which was very convinient and she happily assisted showing available rooms. Due to recent Turkish authorities order many hotels are reportedly undergoing some renovation changing doors to fireproof ones... so many nearby hotels were closed. We stayed here for 2300 lira overnight in December which was still nice in terms of weather but with lesser crowd. The most of things were new at hotel and kitchen/bar was also modern.

🇬🇧 Review of Cleopatra Life Hotel, Alanya

We stayed at Cleopatra Life Hotel for our holiday and overall, we were satisfied.

✅ What we liked:
•	Nice, clean rooms, cleaned regularly. The housekeeper even left a rose petal decoration on the bed one day, which was a lovely touch.
•	Air conditioning and TV worked perfectly, with Czech and German channels available.
•	Beautiful balcony with a sea view.
•	Tasty and varied food, plenty of options for everyone. The chef and staff were kind and helpful.
•	Reception is a big plus — staff speak Russian, so it’s easy to communicate even if you’re from Slovakia, Czechia, or Poland.
•	Great location — close to the beach and to the city center.

❌ What could be improved:
•	Dinner is until 9 PM, but they start clearing the buffet already around 8:10.
•	The pool is open only until 6 PM, which is a pity because it’s still warm in the evenings.
•	Music at the bar is too slow and sleepy.
•	Very thin walls, especially in the bathroom — you can hear everything. The bathroom ventilation didn’t work in our room, so we had to keep the balcony door open.
•	Only two small bottles of water in the fridge upon arrival — could be more.
•	Wi-Fi costs €2 per day per device (free only in the lobby), which adds up for two people.
•	The safe is also paid, and our friend had it blocked by mistake.
•	The wellness area is not included — sauna costs about €15 per 30 minutes.
•	The gym is free, but very outdated, no proper ventilation, and lacks basic equipment like a bench press.

Overall impression:
A nice hotel in a great location for a good price. The staff and food were lovely, but a few details could be improved to make the stay even better. Still, we recommend the hotel.

This pleasant city and beach hotel faces Alanya's famous Cleopatra's Beach and is approximately 2 km from the centre of the resort. Café bars and restaurants can be found closeby, while the main bus station is just a 5-minute walk away. Guests can relax by the hotel's pool or alternatively, the hotel has a private section of the lovely beach where a beach bar service is available (seasonal).
