The worst hotel I have ever been to. For lunch they give only offal, meat was served twice in 10 days. I had everything included and I ate in town. They didn't give fried eggs even once in 10 days. Horror

The hotel looked nice at first glance, but that's about it. There were cockroaches running around, the cleaning staff came only once in seven days, and even then, the cleaning was very poor. They didn't change the towels at all, and we didn't even receive them at the beginning—we had to ask for them. The "all-inclusive" service had a very limited selection of free alcohol at the bar (the cheapest vodka, gin, rum, wine), and the better options were at an extra charge (€10 each). The main bartender (bald with a mustache under his nose and a big belly) was very arrogant and unpleasant. The bar was open only until 10 PM, and the bar rules were that each person could take only one glass, and you had to keep going back for refills—completely ridiculous. The food was also terrible. There was no entertainment, no animators, nothing at all. You only get one room key card, regardless of how many people are staying. Very bad hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel next to the beach. Food is nice, but after some days you are out of choices.

I recently stayed at Cleopatra Fatih, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the WiFi is not free it costs 14€ and is only available for one person at a time. Additionally, the housekeeping was terrible. There were dead cockroaches under the bed and on the floor. When we informed the receptionist, he said it was normal and that nothing could be done about it.

Moreover, the safe in the room requires a paid key, which is highly inconvenient. The food was often cold and tasteless, adding to our disappointment. The pool hours are very restrictive, only open from 9 AM to 6 PM. If you wish to swim outside these hours, you are not allowed to.

There was no hot or warm water, only cold. In the last two days of our stay, an employee followed us around, demanding that we give a 5-star review. We told him we were unhappy with our stay, but he kept following us. Music was only played at night, very loudly, making it difficult to sleep. During the day, they wouldn't play music unless you specifically asked.

There was also a child with a water gun who was spraying everyone and behaving poorly. The staff did nothing to address this, and the child's mother was nowhere to be found. At the dining area, the floors were often washed with soap, making them extremely slippery.

Overall, I would not recommend Cleopatra Fatih to anyone.

The hotel is wonderful.  I have been staying for several years now at different times of the year and am always satisfied.  The service is all-inclusive, and although it is not a 5-star offering, the food is delicious and varied.  The rooms are spacious unlike many other hotels in Turkey.  The manager, Mr. Dillaver, speaks excellent English and pays special attention to guests as well as accommodating their wishes.  Special thanks!  I highly appreciate it!  I know the whole Mediterranean coast of Turkey and I would say that here the price-quality ratio really meets and satisfies your needs.  I highly recommend!

This hotel is located directly opposite Cleopatra Beach, in the centre of Alanya. Shopping establishments, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment venues are within a short walking distance. Public transportation is just 20 meters from the hotel. Local attractions include Alanya Castle, Alanya Dockyard and Arsenal, the Red Tower, Alanya Archaeological Museum and Damlatas Cave.
