I had a very pleasant stay at Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, just across the road from Kleopatra Beach. You can rent sun umbrellas and loungers either through the hotel or directly on the beach, both at reasonable prices.

The location is fantastic, as you can easily walk to the harbor, the castle, Damlataş Cave, the cable car, and many of Alanya’s other main attractions.

The hotel is simple but clean, with comfortable rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

This is not a luxury hotel, so don’t expect five-star facilities. However, if you’re looking for a clean, well-located hotel with great value for money, this is an excellent choice.

The food is tasty. While there isn’t a huge variety, there is enough to suit different tastes, and you’ll definitely find something satisfying to eat. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby if you’d like to have lunch or dinner outside the hotel.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a great location without paying for unnecessary luxury.

We returned yesterday from Alanya, we stayed in this hotel. Everything was great, great value for money. Room was clean, we had breakfast and dinner, there was always few meals to choose from; staff is sooo kind and at your disposal, Reyuf helped us at the restaurant. We also used Turkish Spa and test massage, highly recommended! You feel refreshed

Stayed here for about 2 nights would say this place is somewhat decent but! It’s a vary dirty. And nasty hotel .. the staff do not help with anything. They told us the meal service was nice and great but it was an absolute mess and it tasted so bad I wouldn’t have spent my nights here if it told the truth about this hotel . This place is a do not go to. We received a dirty towel drenched with some kind of liquid can’t even explain it I angrily told the people but they brushed it off and said it was fine and would replace . I am glad to only spend two nights because of it was any longer I would have a stroke for the mountains of cockroaches we saw….ps- never again

I had a very disappointing and humiliating experience at the Blue Hawaii restaurant located on the first floor of our hotel in Alanya.

My friend and I were simply walking past the restaurant and decided not to go inside. Instead of respecting our decision, several waiters started making rude comments about my appearance. After we ignored them, one of them loudly said in front of everyone, "She doesn't come in because she thinks she's beautiful, but she's not. She drinks too much alcohol."

I was shocked and deeply embarrassed. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Guests should never be insulted, judged, or publicly humiliated by restaurant staff.

Because of this experience, I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Hospitality should be based on respect, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here.

Hotel is nice,clean and quet and other hotel stuff is super friendly and kind.

Although I didn’t end up staying at the hotel, I wanted to recognize the exceptional service I received from Mr. Ayub. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional while assisting me with my reservation. His willingness to help and positive attitude made a lasting impression on me. I truly appreciate all his support and would highly recommend this hotel based on the outstanding customer service alone. Thank you, Mr. Ayub!
