I stayed at this hotel for 12 days, at the end of September and the beginning of October, and honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews — the hotel is really quite decent for the price. Our room was cleaned every day, the location is excellent, and when it comes to food, the selection is large. I don’t eat salads with mayonnaise (so maybe that’s why I didn’t have any issues at all)...
meat was decent... The vegetable-based dishes I picked were truly delicious.

The only downside was the behavior of some Russian guests, who were extremely rude and grabbing food and chairs as if they were in the movie The Platform — but that’s not the hotel’s fault, it’s just the rudeness of certain people.

On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The rooms needed a little more maintenance and were a bit lacking in cleanliness. The sea view was truly captivating. The location, just steps from Cleopatra Beach, made our holiday even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and plentiful. The breakfasts, in particular, were excellent. The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and spotlessly clean.
I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful, and enjoyable holiday. 🌞✨

I had a wonderful stay at Kleopatra Beach Hotel! The location is perfect, just steps from the sea, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. The food was tasty with plenty of variety each day. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to Hasim, the manager, who was incredibly kind and professional throughout my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alanya!

Avoid at all costs – Kleopatra Beach Hotel ruined our holiday.
We stayed here from 2nd – 9th September 2025, and it was by far the worst holiday experience I’ve ever had.

Where do I even start?
•	Food & Illness: The food was awful. It made us sick to the point we were bed bound for two whole days. We even had to reschedule our scuba diving excursion at extra cost because we were too ill to go. Since coming home, my brother has been so unwell he needed medical attention and still hasn’t been able to return to work. Absolutely disgraceful.
•	Pool: The pool was disgusting and never cleaned. It was unhygienic, unsafe, and impossible to enjoy.
•	Rooms: The rooms were a nightmare. The floors were dirty from the start, our bedding wasn’t changed once, and the showers had mould growing in them. There was a broken wall directly under the air conditioning unit, which looked unsafe and completely neglected. To make matters worse, we even found dead flies inside the wardrobe. The bin was tiny and impractical, and the fridge was yellow, filthy, and completely unusable. No kettle provided either — so much for “basic amenities.”
•	Reception: The rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. When we asked for toilet roll, we were treated like a nuisance, as if they were rationing how much we could have. Complaints were brushed off, and staff acted like they couldn’t care less.
•	Foul Smell: A constant horrible smell lingered through parts of the hotel, making it impossible to feel comfortable anywhere.
•	Facilities: The snooker table was a scam. You had to pay to use it, at ridiculous prices — even though this was supposed to be part of our “all-inclusive” stay.
•	All-Inclusive Lie: What they call “all-inclusive” is a joke. The drinks were a disgrace — only rum, whiskey, vodka, and gin, all of which tasted cheap and nasty. There was basically no point in bothering with the bar.
•	Wi-Fi Scam: The “free Wi-Fi” was only in the lobby. In the rooms, you had to pay extra. Completely misleading advertising.

The only good thing about this hotel was one cleaner, who worked hard and was kind — but she was the exception. Everyone else was rude, dismissive, and couldn’t care less about guests.

This hotel is a health hazard, a scam, and a total disgrace. It ruined what should have been a relaxing break. We spent money to be ill, stressed, and lied to. If you’re considering booking here — don’t. Save your health, your money, and your sanity.

We just got back from this holiday ( hotel ).
It was the worse experience ( hotel ) in my life. Our holiday was completely ruined.
I read the other people’s comments and I’m completely agree with them probably the good reviews are fake.
Now I’m going to tell you my story.
We were 3 adults and 2 children and have been booked 2 rooms.
1st day went very well but at the evening time after the dinner we went in to our room for rest my 4 years daughter was feeling very sick and vomit. I went to reception and raised my concern about this asking that something is not right with the food in here as I noticed that all ustensils, plates, tables restaurant not cleaned to the right standards. The man from reception said that everything is ok.
Next day at evening time after dinner when I went to sleep my stomach started hurting me I was feeling sick I had diarrhoea, spending few hours in toilet and after that I vomit as well. I went again to reception to rise my concern and explain what happened with me that night. Asking them to double check again their kitchen and cleaning levels. Which they told me that they checked and is ok. The 3rd day my 3 years old son during the lunch time vomit straight in their restaurant. Staying in the we meet so many people and having conversations about what is going on in that hotel and we find out that other people as well feels have similar experiences - vomit and diarrhoea. My next door hotel neighbour went into to the Hospital with their 3 year old son due to several vomit and it was confirmed Rotavirus. Evening time when I was in my room late night when it was quiet I heard how other people vomit in their rooms.
It was the worse experience in my life I’ve been in Turkey before 4 times with my family and kids never had any issues but this time completely disappointed, not about Turkey but about this hotel.
If you don’t want the same experience just avoid!!!
I have also so many other things to say about other things that’s going wrong in that hotel.

Dear all. I just arrived home from my worst vacation ever. 2 days hospital, my mother and I was vomiting and having diarrhea. Run out of power very fast, couldn't enjoy at all. Only went out to eat soup and walk 30 max per day. Only luck that in the hospital I got medication and I shared with my mother for Bacterial infection. Food not safety there. Even after diarrhea they didn't clean or change my linen properly.  I am thinking to report this hotel further. If someone would like to join me, more then welcome.

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life! The food was absolutely disgusting — every day the same awful pasta, a few tasteless salads, and maybe one meat dish if you’re lucky. All ten of us in my family got food poisoning from their so-called “restaurant.” What they serve isn’t food for people — it’s food for animals.

The staff are constantly trying to cheat you out of money. Nothing is cleaned unless you leave at least 200 lira, and even then, the room stays dirty. I paid that amount, and the floor wasn’t even swept or mopped. The hotel has no shame at all.

On top of that, people steal in this hotel! My mother’s earrings were stolen, my aunt’s cigarettes disappeared from the room, and my grandmother’s tea — which she bought herself — was taken. This place has zero security and zero respect for guests.

The pool is dangerous and should honestly be closed. My aunt fell because the steps were loose — the staff just said “sorry” and took her temperature, which made no sense. Two days later, another man fell and broke the steps completely. Their solution? They removed the steps entirely. Now there are no steps at all in the pool! How is that even acceptable?

For three days in a row, there was no tea for breakfast, even though they kept promising there would be “tomorrow.” The level of lying and carelessness in this hotel is unbelievable.

And as if that’s not enough — the cats. There are cats everywhere. They pee on the towels around the pool, they walk all over the restaurant tables, they poop near the pool and the waterslide, and it all gets smeared around. The smell is horrible, and no one from the staff cares or cleans it properly.

This hotel is a total disgrace — dirty, dangerous, dishonest, and disgusting in every possible way. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. I won’t ever step foot in Kleopatra Beach Hotel again, not even within a kilometer of it. This was the most awful and infuriating vacation of my life.
