We stayed here for 14 days around Christmas and New Year’s. We had a wonderful apartment with a separate bedroom on the second floor — a beautiful place with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped, and as vegetarians we cooked our meals there regularly; everything you need is provided. We did find it helpful to bring our own tea towels, as suggested in another review. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful. The toilet flush occasionally stuck, and after reporting it, it was fixed immediately. We also had dinner at the hotel on Christmas and New Year’s Eve, and it was delicious and very enjoyable, with live music. If we have to mention a few downsides: the sofa in the room and the dining chairs are not very comfortable. Parking can also be a bit challenging at times. Usually there is a spot somewhere on the street, although you may have to walk a little. Only on Christmas Eve we couldn’t find a space and had to park down in the village. In the pictures an evening view of our balcony.
Well what can I say, this was possibly the best holiday I’ve ever been on, the hotel was in a perfect situation overlooking the beach and beautiful cliffs of los gigantes. The staff are incredible, always friendly and polite and can’t do enough for you. The food at the hotel was also brilliant, and if you have waiter/bar staff Nacho there, he will make you feel warm and welcomed. This was mine and my girlfriend’s first holiday together and we couldn’t have picked a better venue if we tried. Thankyou to all the staff that made our trip memorable.
A fantastic Aparthotel with excellent facilities, amazing views, the cleanest rooms and communal areas I’ve ever seen, and the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Gabriela, Veronica and Angela went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Angela made sure there was always something gluten free for my wife at breakfast and always greeted us with a smile. We had a very early start one morning to catch the ferry to La Gomera, so Gabriela arranged for the chef to make us a picnic for that day, as we would miss breakfast. Veronica was friendly and knowledgable made sure we were looked after, even after we’d checked-out of our room for our late flight home. All in all, we were very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and its location, the food, and the friendly staff. Thank you, all! See you next time.
