We stayed here for 14 days around Christmas and New Year’s. We had a wonderful apartment with a separate bedroom on the second floor — a beautiful place with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped, and as vegetarians we cooked our meals there regularly; everything you need is provided. We did find it helpful to bring our own tea towels, as suggested in another review.  The staff are genuinely kind and helpful. The toilet flush occasionally stuck, and after reporting it, it was fixed immediately. We also had dinner at the hotel on Christmas and New Year’s Eve, and it was delicious and very enjoyable, with live music.  If we have to mention a few downsides: the sofa in the room and the dining chairs are not very comfortable. Parking can also be a bit challenging at times. Usually there is a spot somewhere on the street, although you may have to walk a little. Only on Christmas Eve we couldn’t find a space and had to park down in the village.

Well what can I say, this was possibly the best holiday I’ve ever been on, the hotel was in a perfect situation overlooking the beach and beautiful cliffs of los gigantes. The staff are incredible, always friendly and polite and can’t do enough for you. The food at the hotel was also brilliant, and if you have waiter/bar staff Nacho there, he will make you feel warm and welcomed.
This was mine and my girlfriend’s first holiday together and we couldn’t have picked a better venue if we tried.

A fantastic Aparthotel with excellent facilities, amazing views, the cleanest rooms and communal areas I’ve ever seen, and the friendliest staff I’ve ever met.

Gabriela, Veronica and Angela went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Angela made sure there was always something gluten free for my wife at breakfast and always greeted us with a smile.

We had a very early start one morning to catch the ferry to La Gomera, so Gabriela arranged for the chef to make us a picnic for that day, as we would miss breakfast.

Veronica was friendly and knowledgable made sure we were looked after, even after we’d checked-out of our room for our late flight home.

All in all, we were very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and its location, the food, and the friendly staff.

My husband, sister and brother in law have just had a 10 day stay at the Dimond aparthotel.  None of us can find any faults on this place.
Staff were fantastic (Angela &Natcho) were wonderful. Reception staff could not do more for us.
When we opened the door to our rooms we all said WOW, they were spotless
Each apartment has everything you need for your stay, the full fridge freezer was a welcome. Rooms cleaned 6 days a week with fresh towels each day. Air-conditioning was a plus for our stay as it was hot.
We found walking down to the village and getting a taxi back 5 euro was good value.
Very peaceful apartment, we had a studio and was ground floor with a stunning view of Las Gigantes 😍
Lastly we had a 🐈 😻 came each morning and evening, it was friendly but wanted into our apartment
We will definitely be returning

We very much enjoyed our one-week stay at the Klayman Diamond, which offers clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartments with a terrace and a sea view. The staff is extremely friendly and diligent. The pool, bar and restaurant are added bonuses. Highly recommended!
