My Husband and I went on a golf trip to Belek, Turkey and stayed at Kempinski Hotel The Dome.
From the moment we walked in the service was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful but I must talk about the "Lady in Red" who is the concierge. Of course there are more than one but the lady we dealt with, "Damla" is her name is really exceptional. We travel a lot and the service provided by Damla was unsurpassable. We don't have enough words to describe her. Unfortunately I do not have a picture of my "Lady in Red" but she is one of the main reason why we will go back.

Now let's talk about the hotel. It is beautiful and luxurious but is in need of a few upgrades. Let me explain because that cost the Hotel a 🌟.

1. If you're a hot sleeper do not go between November 1st and March 30th as they shut off the air conditioning. We went for 14 days and 1 of the weeks was very hot. It was 27 Celsius in our room. Luckily the Manager was very helpful and had a fan brought up to our room.
2. The picture of the cloth is what they lay on the floor when they do the turndown...it is very slippery and dangerous. They should not use this.
3. Furniture a little outdated, drawers were difficult to open.
4. Showers taps need upgrades.
5. The food was OK for a luxury hotel like this we were expecting better.

I know it sounds bad but they are minor upgrades which should be done.

My Husband and I do want to go back but we need a cool room and more choice of food.

As for the landscape it very nice and the beautiful beach is at a walking distance.

We visited Belek for the second time — the first time we stayed at Rixos Premium Belek, and this time at Kempinski The Dome Belek.

From our personal experience, the service level at Rixos felt higher, while Kempinski is a quieter and slightly smaller hotel, which has its own charm. One noticeable downside is the absence of a heated outdoor pool, which would have been great, especially in cooler weather.

Our son loves playing football, and he was happy to find a small football field near the kids’ club with mini goals — that kept him entertained for hours!

A huge thank you to Yaren from the Kids Room — she’s cheerful, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. She managed to get our 9-year-old son talking, played football with him, and spent evenings together at the kids’ shows.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we truly appreciated the warm and caring attitude of the staff.

Thank you very much. We had a great stay at the Kempinski Hotel The Dome. The service is very good and very fast. The food is outstanding and has many varieties at the buffet and it changes every day. At the breakfast Mehmet and Murat took great care of us.
The beach is very nice and also there the service is great. We enjoyed the Gözleme House where Zulfiye made the best Gözlemes. We would love to come again.
Damla (Lady in Red) helped us with all the reservations and gave us great recommendations.

A beautiful property with a calm, luxurious ambiance. Staff made us feel genuinely cared for, food was excellent, and the setting was perfect for relaxation and golf. Everything felt effortless and high-end.

This hotel is wonderful — beautiful villas with private pools, excellent food, and great service. We are especially grateful to the reception staff — Cihan was very helpful and assisted us in resolving a difficult matter. It’s October now, and the weather is very pleasant. We highly recommend this place.

It was, as always, a wonderful stay. All the staff are polite and attentive. Everything is impeccably maintained and invites relaxation. Ahmet Yildirmi from the restaurant made our day special. A huge thank you to him! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

gorgeous hotel amazing food and very friendly staff. i am travelling with a cpap machine for sleep apnea and forgot to bring distilled water. we took a taxi to search everywhere to buy it and we couldnt find it. happily Cihan at the reception was super helpful and found a solution to give us the distilled water for my medical device.
