Great resort. Perfect for adults and kids alike. The service is top notch. Doesn’t get better than this. The whole staff goes the extra mile to make sure tourists have the most enjoyable time. The attention to detail is impeccable. They even take their time to engage in sports activities with you (ping pong, boccia, volleyball, foosbal, etc.) I have stayed in numerous 5 star hotels across the globe and particularly the Middle East and Gulf Countries. This has been my favourite so far ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

This is our third time as a family holiday in this amazing hotel. Such an amazing experience, every time we leave we think that it can’t get any better but they prove the opposite in our next visit. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff makes you feel like you are the owner of the hotel, everyone is doing their best to make sure you are enjoying your time and having amazing memories, the chefs and the restaurants are amazing. Such a pleasure to be back here again. A beautiful spot but what really makes the difference is the staff.  Trey cannot do enough to help- be it at the restaurant/bar, the recreation team, the reception or the room, they are always looking to make your stay the best possible. Every day coming back to my room, there was some detail that Hamdi had noticed and added to make my stay more comfortable. I had to ask Mohamed from reception several times to come to my rescue with carry things and locking myself out! He was always super quick and arrived with a big smile - never too much trouble. If you go, don’t miss the spa at the cascades also - the best I have ever had. Can’t wait to go back to this haven.

I went with my mother and my friends. It was a family/friends trip and I had an amazing time. The hotel guarantees you to have a spectacular stay. The staff are well trained and always quick to respond. The facilities are diverse and everything is so clean. I’m not an open buffet person, but couldn’t resist this one, as the food was just delicious with a wide assortment of all food types. The beach has a great location on the bay curve and is also well serviced. Everything is eco friendly there too. I 100% recommend this hotel and see it as a value for money choice.

Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. The rooms, restaurants, and all facilities were spotless and well maintained, which added so much comfort and peace of mind to our stay. The lazy river pool was a highlight, so relaxing and unique.

If you’re looking for a luxurious Red Sea getaway with excellent food, warm hospitality, and impeccable cleanliness, Kempinski Soma Bay is absolutely the place to be. Highly recommended!

It is in a fantastic location. Most rooms have sea view. The beach in front has coral reefs at a depth of 1,5m and beaytiful fish 🐠 (definitely bring a snorkel and mask and if you forget they have plenty to lend you). It is like swimming in an aquarium. Warm waters, calm sea and clear even in December. Breakfast is awesome and Nancy's smile and good mood was a joy in the mornings. However apart from the coral reefs which alone are a reason to visit the area, I was really touched by their kind and authentic hospitality. Fahd is one of the members of staff I remember. He was fantastic in all his services and very helpful with anything we needed. He was the first person we saw and the last. The othe worth mentioning thing is that we felt very safe. I mean do safe that you can leave your wallet and ipad lying on the sun bed at the beach all day while you re swimming... It s the second time I went there and i absolutely recommend it!

I’m really impressed with this hotel! It looks like a beautiful resort with lovely beachfront views, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff seem friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere feels relaxing and luxurious. Great place for a holiday, and I’ve heard wonderful things about the service and facilities. We stayed three nights at Kempinski during our visit to Soma Bay and it was great. First of all, the hotel is adjacent to Soma Bay Marina which makes it much easier to stroll around and do some souvenir shopping. The hotel compound is spacious, you have direct access to the beach and there is also several pools. The breakfast was included and had a huge variety of cuisines. From typical European breakfast items to the Middle Eastern and Asian dishes as well as a big pastry section were just great. The room is a bit old but very spacious and the bed is comfortable.
They don’t have the spa in the hotel but collaborates with a spa from Cascade hotel.

Our stay at the Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay was truly outstanding. While the location is stunning and the facilities are top-notch, what really sets this hotel apart is the maniacal attention to detail from every single staff member.

The team is perfectly trained: they are always present and ready to help, but never intrusive. A special thank you goes to the young lady with glasses at the front desk for her incredible efficiency and kindness, and to Moustafà from the housekeeping team for the impeccable cleanliness of our room.

We had a small issue with noise from some neighbors during the night, and I was deeply impressed by how the hotel handled it. They immediately sent security to assist and even offered us a room change. Their responsiveness turned a potential frustration into a showcase of great management.

This is a place where you truly feel cared for. If you are looking for a luxury experience where the quality of the people makes the difference, this is it. We can't wait to return!
